**What do you like best about Jas AI?**

I like how Jas AI is easy to use and offers great support. The development speed and accuracy are also impressive, and I find the easy integrations very helpful. It automates guest communication through WhatsApp, Instagram, and Telegram, which is a big plus. We've built an AI agent using our knowledge base and prompts, and the agent can respond on our behalf. The initial setup was pretty easy, too.

**What do you dislike about Jas AI?**

The local PMS integration could be improved. They can go deeper on the PMS integration where we want to see the customers request on our PMS.

**What problems is Jas AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Jas AI to automate guest communication, orchestrating messages pre-check-in and post-checkout via WhatsApp, Instagram, and Telegram. The AI agent, built from our knowledge base, handles responses, easing our operations with its accuracy and easy integrations.
