# Which incident response services solutions minimize implementation risks and support smooth adoption?

The advice to bring in someone who&#39;s deployed Microsoft Defender Experts before is sound for any individual buyer, but it&#39;s worth noticing it doesn&#39;t actually reduce risk anywhere in the system, it just shifts who bears it. Somebody has to be the first deployment for any given partner to build that experience, and a smaller or newer firm may simply have fewer reviewers describing a smooth rollout because fewer clients have been willing to be that first deployment, not because their delivery is actually worse. That can create a gap between established and newer players that compounds on its own, regardless of underlying service quality, since experience begets more experience and a thin track record stays thin no matter how capable the team actually is.
