From a smooth integration to empowering our Sales teams with seamless client gifting to supporting HR with meaningful employee recognition, the platform delivers consistently (no matter where recipients are located). This has been especially impactful for our remote colleagues and international customers. The self-serve branded swag store is intuitive, efficient, and genuinely easy to use. We appreciate the flexibility, and value the streamlined processes and visibility. Highly recommended! **What do you dislike about Jaapi?** If I had to point out something, it would be that as we scaled globally, we needed to invest some time upfront to align internal processes and educate teams on all the platform’s capabilities. However, this was more about our internal change management than Jaapi itself. The Jaapi team was highly supportive throughout, and their responsiveness made scaling smooth and efficient. Any minor challenges were addressed quickly and professionally. Overall, the experience has been overwhelmingly positive. **What problems is Jaapi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Jaapi solves one of our biggest operational challenges: managing global swag, corporate gifting, and promotional merchandise in a scalable, efficient, and cost-effective way. Before Jaapi, coordinating shipments, handling customs, managing inventory, and supporting remote employees and international customers was complex and time-consuming.
