What do you dislike about Jaapi?

If I had to point out something, it would be that as we scaled globally, we needed to invest some time upfront to align internal processes and educate teams on all the platform’s capabilities. However, this was more about our internal change management than Jaapi itself.

What problems is Jaapi solving and how is that benefiting you?

Jaapi solves one of our biggest operational challenges: managing global swag, corporate gifting, and promotional merchandise in a scalable, efficient, and cost-effective way.

Before Jaapi, coordinating shipments, handling customs, managing inventory, and supporting remote employees and international customers was complex and time-consuming. With Jaapi’s on-demand production and local fulfillment model, those logistical barriers are gone. We no longer worry about bulk storage, cross-border shipping issues, or unpredictable costs.
