# What's the best hospitality software for independent hotels and resorts based on property manager user reviews?

Channel management would probably be the workflow I’d use to judge whether the switch had really worked. Front-desk staff can usually learn a new check-in flow relatively quickly, but keeping rates, availability, and reservations synchronized across direct bookings and OTAs is where operational problems become expensive. I’d want the team managing that independently without checking training documentation before calling implementation complete.
