## About ISPnext
ISPnext helps more than 450 organisations get a better grip on their procurement and finance processes. Our cloud-based Source-to-Pay platform brings suppliers, contracts, procurement, invoices and spend data together in one place, giving teams the insight they need to work more efficiently and make informed decisions. The platform supports the complete Source-to-Pay process, from selecting suppliers and managing contracts to purchasing, invoice processing and spend analysis. Solutions include AP Automation, Procurement, Spend Analytics, Vendor Management, Contract Management and Sourcing. They can be used separately or combined, depending on an organisation’s priorities and existing technology. Procurement teams can use ISPnext to manage sourcing activities, compare quotations and keep supplier information and performance up to date. Contract Management makes it easier to monitor agreements, key dates and obligations, while Procurement helps streamline purchase requests, approvals and orders. For finance and accounts payable teams, AP Automation reduces the manual work involved in processing invoices. Invoices can be captured, checked, matched and routed for approval within a structured workflow. Spend Analytics then brings procurement and financial data together, helping teams understand where money is being spent and where there may be opportunities to save, consolidate suppliers or improve compliance. At the heart of the platform is nextAI, ISPnext’s own AI technology. It helps automate repetitive tasks, process documents and identify relevant risks and opportunities in the available data. This allows procurement and finance professionals to spend less time on manual processing and more time on decisions that create value for the organisation. ISPnext connects with ERP systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Infor, Oracle JD Edwards, Exact, AFAS, Syteline and Unit4. This enables organisations to improve their procurement and finance processes while continuing to work with their existing ERP environment. Implementation and ongoing optimisation are supported by ISPnext and its network of ERP Connectivity Partners, Business Partners and Solution Partners. **What do you like best about ISPnext?**

I think its very helpful that when you confirm a PO or invoice one, it disappears from the main screen, so you know if you have actions left to take or not. Not all portals are like this and its extremely helpful, especially when you have multiple PO's in the same time period.

**What do you dislike about ISPnext?**

I think it could be a little better and show all items on a PO at once - as of now, it only shows the first ten lines. We recently had orders with 11 lines and it was not very clear that there was a 2nd page with the last line on it. More clarity would be helpful or just the ability to show the order in full on one page.

**What problems is ISPnext solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using VL for our customer (the container store) is very helpful in saving emails, time, and ensuring the accuracy of shipping on time and in full. It also helps get the invoice faster to the customer, ensuring we're paid more timely.

**What do you like best about ISPnext?**

The solution provides you as a purchasing professional very useful information on:<br>- Spend Management <br>- Contract Lifecycle Management<br>- Vendor Rating<br>- Supplier Portal<br>- (Product)Categories<br>The support and development departments of VendorLink is perfect.

**What do you dislike about ISPnext?**

I can not think of any. Sometimes we have to wait for developments because VendorLink has other customers with developments but we get their developments for free.

**Recommendations to others considering ISPnext:**

We integrated VendorLink with SAP S4Hana

**What problems is ISPnext solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives us a better overview of our Spend and Contracts and with Vendor Rating we rate our Suppliers on contracts but even better the Suppliers can rate us as well. With the workflow of VendorLink we can exchange certificates and documents with our Suppliers.
