Pretty user friendly, easy to navigate **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2021 **What do you like best about ISPnext?** I think its very helpful that when you confirm a PO or invoice one, it disappears from the main screen, so you know if you have actions left to take or not. Not all portals are like this and its extremely helpful, especially when you have multiple PO's in the same time period. **What do you dislike about ISPnext?** I think it could be a little better and show all items on a PO at once - as of now, it only shows the first ten lines. We recently had orders with 11 lines and it was not very clear that there was a 2nd page with the last line on it. More clarity would be helpful or just the ability to show the order in full on one page. **What problems is ISPnext solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using VL for our customer (the container store) is very helpful in saving emails, time, and ensuring the accuracy of shipping on time and in full. It also helps get the invoice faster to the customer, ensuring we're paid more timely. ### 2. Sometime we have to wait for developments because VendorLink has other customers with developoments but we get there developments for free. **Recommendations to others considering ISPnext:** We intergated VendorLink with SAP S4Hana **What problems is ISPnext solving and how is that benefiting you?** It gives us a better overview of our Spend and Contracts and with Vendor Rating we rate our Suppliers on contracts but even better the Suppliers can rate us as well.
