&lt;p&gt;There’s a difference between having a national field network and getting the right engineer on-site. Acuative’s coverage sounds useful, but I’d ask who actually gets dispatched when something goes wrong: a general field tech or someone who knows the Cisco environment well enough to troubleshoot without waiting on a remote escalation.&lt;/p&gt;
