**What do you like best about iSEEit?**

Completely customizable and mapped to our internal sales process and stages. Easily modified with admin rights as elements grow and change. For the cost, it's hard to beat.

**What do you dislike about iSEEit?**

It is a little buggy at times. We had some lagging issues to work out and the user experience doe stake some time to get used to (as with any new software) . Reps are always looking for the "enter" button to save their work.

**What problems is iSEEit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility to areas we need activity on according to our MEDDIC process. The MEDDIC score is great to compare to the rep provided "probability" percentage. We are working towards improving our pipeline forcasiting.

**What do you like best about iSEEit?**

Its simplicity of use is what I most admire about this application, it allows me to create, edit and consult sales processes in the fastest, proactive and simple way possible, which for me turns out to be something quite useful, since in sales decisions must be made many times quickly, but based on solid data that guarantees us that we are making the right decision, in addition, the fact that its interface has such a simple design but at the same time so powerful is something extremely unique, since from the same window I can access all the functions I need without having to navigate through various menus or windows to get to where I really want to go, the reports it generates are extremely detailed, if you want to make a query or see the status of your sales you can be completely sure that in your reports you will get all the information you need without any type of omission, in addition to your support team the user is always available and responds quite quickly, it seems that he was at my entire disposal 24/7

**What do you dislike about iSEEit?**

None, let's be honest, who could get any cons of this app? ...

**What problems is iSEEit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has been being very useful to me in improving my sales both online and offline, since by registering the information in the system I can make a follow-up much easier, easier and faster compared to how I did previously, where I can see if the customer actually canceled or not the product without having to resort to the checkout billing module or reconcile the information that the customer provides with respect to the one they registered in the store's system, which made us waste a lot of time in that sense.

**What do you like best about iSEEit?**

I like the simple checkbox method of tracking progress of qualifiers for each of the MEDDIC steps. 

**What do you dislike about iSEEit?**

There is no real way to report on the MEDDIC status for my opportunities.

**What problems is iSEEit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been trying to move our sales reps to a MEDDIC methodology.  Our initial plan was to create a bunch of free form text fields for each of the MEDDIC steps, including the substeps within each MEDDIC stage.  iSEEit provides a structure method for updating and tracking the status of opportunities along the buyers journey.

**What do you like best about iSEEit?**

The idea of focusing on the complex sales process and making it simpler for sales guys to handle vs traditional CRM systems (focusing on value for management not for sales). The idea behind it is that sales people will use it more often as it is easy to use and it brings specific value for them in terms of understanding where they are in the sales process, what they know and what they don't know, hot to plan next steps in order to forecast deals the right way. 

**What do you dislike about iSEEit?**

some differences in functionality and UX between web and mobile app - but those were addressed over the time :-)

**Recommendations to others considering iSEEit:**

Consider ISeeIT no matter if you have or don't have CRM in place. It will make your sales team better and people more happy to use it vs traditional CRM. 

**What problems is iSEEit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Productivity of sales team - more time for customers
Less time spend on internal discussions - forecasts/team meetings/deals reviews

**What do you like best about iSEEit?**

Fast, affordable and on-line platform for running all sales activities as well as all collaboration activities spread across different sales and technical teams. It allows you to run the sales process in very flexible way, using well established methods throughout the process. We managed to use the platform without losing precious time to configure the tool, or to optimize it to suit our needs. 

What is also great about the product is that you can have it deployed extremely fast which is not the case with many CRM platforms, due to high complexity of the product.  

**What do you dislike about iSEEit?**

At the moment there are no items which we do not like

**Recommendations to others considering iSEEit:**

Try the application in DEMO mode. Test all the features that you need in order to gain better perspective of the product. Great option of the application is that you easily switch from DEMO mode to LIVE mode.

**What problems is iSEEit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After the tool has been introduced into our environment, we managed to speed up the sales process by avoiding the duplicated activities of our team in different countries. We also managed to improve our relationship with the customers, because we can easily focus on the specific product and not lose valuable time in order to gain the data what were the customer need in specific time frame.

**What do you like best about iSEEit?**

iSEEit gives the full picture how Leads and Opportunities are being developed. It provides all data needed to manage the sales process based on facts - sales activities, customer propensity to buy, and figures - pipeline value. 
It is a great alternative for other CRM and CRM-like tools leading very often to an unthinking "spreadsheet management".
Wide possibilities to parameterize and localize according to user specifics e.g. internal sales process, industry dependencies, billing model, etc.
Friendly user interface, entering data is not an annoying task hated by majority of salesmen.
Good for sales manager perspective and for individual salesman to analyze own performance.


**What do you dislike about iSEEit?**

iCal or Outlook calendar synchronization.
Would be good to have some features working off line

**What do you like best about iSEEit?**

The clear user interface that combines appealing design with access to powerful functions, which at least I enjoy each time I use it.
Additionally I like that iSEEit keeps improving, adding capabilities continuously - this gives me the feeling that I have a tool that keeps state of the art and allows me to move even beyond.

**What do you dislike about iSEEit?**

Initially filter selections made, were not sticky during a session - luckily this has been fixed by now, as having to re-select again and again drove me mad.

**Recommendations to others considering iSEEit:**

Take a trial and speak directly to the people at iSEEit about any features you might need additionally.

**What problems is iSEEit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consolidating the input of sales staff, driving the sales process, and revenue planning and tracking.
Several hours per week across staff using the tools were saved.

Fantastic deal management product.  Excellent organisation tool (tasks and activities).  Great user interface.  Mobile and desktop.  Highly flexible, feature-rich tool.  Excellent support.

Very little.  Adoption is important to getting most value for the product.

Use it - it will improve your sales process.  Great for applying rigour to sales activities and processes.  Developed by experienced industry experts.  Plethora of features to suit various needs.  Support is excellent.  iSEEit is a great company with a great product.  Innovation is consistent with new functionality released regularly.  Customer feedback taken seriously.  Will compete with any CRM or sales productivity tool in the market.

Improving pipeline generation, close ratios and deal management.  Application of iSEEit and the MEDDPICC process is invaluable to productivity, effectiveness and value selling.

Easy to use user Interface (e.g when entering a lead Company and contact is filled automatically), very well thought sales methodology (qualifying leads and opportunities)

consider iSEEit in case you are a B2B Direct Sales Organisation with a Lead to Deal process. It is easy to use, as long as you do not have complex requirements in various channels and processes. So far no Marketing and no Service processes.

**What do you like best about iSEEit?**

It is not a generic CRM as the majority of the tools available on the market, even included the big ones. Iseeit focuses the best methodology for the B2B deal and forecast management but (good news) without creating an extra effort for the users. In fact the methodology embedded into the application is the more effective way to benefit in terms of quick deal qualification, reduce the talks during the review, spread a common and effective language and culture within the sales team, forecast in a better and more reliable way at all levels (reps, manager, executives)

**What do you dislike about iSEEit?**

Technical details like no android app still available, different performance if you use the portal using the web compared with iOS native. You can't easily self customize fields and label but once you ask to iseeit support they quickly and professionally realize it.

**Recommendations to others considering iSEEit:**

Not only compare features and functions as iseeit is mostly the way to run the business adopting in an easy way the most effective deal management and sales methodology introducing a common culture and knowledge within the sales team and company.

**What problems is iSEEit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allow to track the sales cycle from an E2E perspective: from prospecting to deal closures. Monitoring the high level view (KPIs, leading indicators, etc..) and dig into details when needed. It results in a more reliable forecasting, reducing shortfalls, swing deals, etc..

**What do you like best about iSEEit?**

IseeIt is build by Sales Professionals for Sales. They manage to get to minimum all the nasty, boring activities you experienced while logging your day at Salesforce or any other Sales reporting CRM. 
The key focus is on Sales and the Iseeit is a Tools to facilitate the process. With great Iseeit iPad App I have it always  with me. All minutes of meeting, next steps, contacts I pull during the session with Customer with no effort, so when we come back to the office after exciting sessions with  Prospects we do not spend time to log all info to the CRM because it is already there. I was Salesforce and SugarCRM user and can tell with no doubt that Iseeit consumes 3 times less time of the Sales Rep that standard tools.

Sales Rep is not the Admin guy! IseeIt takes off this burden.

As a Sales Manager I simplified the Funnel Review process. I have everything on the fingertip: account plan, milestones, action plans - all I need to make sure we are going into the right direction.

I cannot imagine working without IseeIt! This system makes my team focused on results not administration of sales records!

What is more, IseeIt team builds excellent relationship with the Customer. I feel like I have my dedicated IseeIt Customer Service line. Whenever we have a question or request - it is taken care of in the way like the Iseeit Customer team would be right next to me. Perfect Service - this makes a difference.







**What do you dislike about iSEEit?**

There is not much of dislikes. IseeIt invest a lot into new features and functions - I just do not have much time to digest as much as I would to.

**Recommendations to others considering iSEEit:**

Stop administrating data inputs to CRM. 
Get the DEMO of IseeIt and see how your life may look like. This saves time you should spent on doing deals not putting data in.



**What problems is iSEEit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I cut 70% of CRM admin effort of the sales rep.
I have with full view of my Sales Funnel wherever I am.
I never pushed my team to update CRM records because all of the records are updated naturally down the road as the sales process progresses.

From a management perspective iseeit gives oyu a tool to effectively manage AND coach your team.

It is extremely easy to set up, so it mightbe seductive do do it without external help. Still to get the most out of it ask the company for consulting services!

Perfect tool to manage your deals and your sales provess.  It's very easy to use. 

**What do you dislike about iSEEit?**

There are not really any dislikes. Just some points to improve because sometimes you don't come directly to the information you need. The integration in Outlook/Office should be the next step and one furhter important point is to have an alert function for appointments and tasks.

I track all my sales deals with Iseeit. It's the perfect tool to track all relevant information for your sales process.

somewhat of a clumsy visual appearance, slow loading times on the deals page

Make sure this is suited for you! If you are selling to thousands of small clients - there are better tools. 
If you are selling large solutions with multiple stakeholders on the buyer side - this might be perfect for you.

**What do you like best about iSEEit?**

iSEEit is a very usefull and well-designed tool. It’s just a good way to start your business day with it. Readable dashboard with tasks, meetings and potential deals makes you aware of what should be done and where your opportunities are. It is helpful at prioritizing process and assure you that you are focused on what you have to do. Allocation of tasks is simple. The menu is transparent and esthetic.

**What do you dislike about iSEEit?**

It is hard to say, really. The lack of application for Windows Phone is a disadvantage. 

**What problems is iSEEit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have tasks, meetings, prospects, pipelines, attachments and notes in one place. I can monitor the sales process from the beginning to the end.

The lead function - it shows you clear - all potential business is shown on one view

**What do you dislike about iSEEit?**

Dashboard - if you don't make clear notes, its hard to realise which lead you are working on. It would be better, if the lead name would be on the top and then further information.

If you are in a lead you don't have all contact details on one view - there are to many clicks to achieve all neccessary information.

keeping an overview of all my potential deals - a big benefit is also the dashboard function, as it shows you, your daily weekly tasks.

A sales tool with modern conveniences, easy to use, compact views, great handling.
I like all of it.

At the moment nothing. In future i whish integration with blue office ERP.
