The ease of booking a desk or meeting room made it simple for our team to get the desk they wanted and encouraged them to come to the office. 2. I noticed we were also able to manage guest visits easily and the office was able to get a good idea of how to expand with the data provided. 3. The employees especially new joiners like us who were there for a short while were able to implement the app into our daily easily. **What do you dislike about iotspot?** I was not able to dive deep into every aspect of iotspot but I did notice their data analytics can be improved so that it provides data like desks not booked, individual overtime and an average number of booked desks, etc. I would suggest an analytics dashboard. **What problems is iotspot solving and how is that benefiting you?** iotspot encourages the new hybrid workstyle and also motivates employees to come to office because of the pre-booking system. I also believe iotspot makes it easier to manage office space and encourage overall team attendance. ### 2. Some of the benefits are the possibility to reserve a desk and the meeting rooms and the functions that allow handling the visitors in an efficient manner. **What do you dislike about iotspot?** I can say that it lacks analysis to an extent that I was looking forward to. In the absence of this data, it is hard to efficiently assign workspace or make decisions regarding future office space requirements. **What problems is iotspot solving and how is that benefiting you?** The use of iotspots has made the experience of hybrid work possible for employees and office managers in a good way.
