Limited features on InvoiceSherpa, very little support behind the software. It sends manual reminders, and theres not much more to it. We stopped using it last year, so I am unsure if they have improved some features. Also, there a sync with Clio which is good but not for payments which is a pain. It's a strong software to collect and record your cash flow. Very effective. Extremely useful technology that will allow the user to better record their own invoices and better track their finances. In today's economy, that is extremely useful considering everyone has been tightening up their expenses. It has helped our company track our expenses and see where our money is going, and where we could potentially cut some costs, which is great. I like how it integrates into our accounting software; we think that is extremely useful. I would rate it a 9/10 for a software like this and would recommend to any of my peers, both personal and professional. I believe we will keep using it in the future too. I love InvoiceSherpa makes my accounting easy and kinda fun to do. As a business owner I know numbers are not always the most fun, but with InvoiceSherpa's sleek look interface I sometimes honestly forget I'm doing something with numbers. The pricing seems a bit off. I know that other invoicing software is free/cheaper and I found that only offering a 14-day trial isn't really keeping up with other Softwares. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The easy setup and integration with our accounting software is one of the key points, together with the almost real time update of any changes made. We use Xero for many of our entities and integrating InvoiceSherpa has been really straight forward. There is enough customization capabilities, but do not expect a custom made software level of adaptability to your requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although you can adapt the branding of the reminders to your own, it goes just up to certain point. We still found trouble with some colors unable to be edited, and made it weird looking together with our branding colors. Would be great to edit all parts of the email reminders directly from the platform. Additionally, sometimes the platform is really slow to load and in many occasions we found that changes we made did not actually impact. It does not have an actually usable history log or follow-up functionality to keep track of the status of each of the accounts. Would be nice to have it included here as well.

After multiple calls and emails, I finally connected live with the CEO (I called him). Decent enough conversation but held firm on the pricing unless we switched payment processing to theirs. The whole system is very buggy and slow. The system has automatically run out clients' credit cards a few times. Usually, you have to file several support tickets and they rarely pick up the phone. It was confusing to setup.
