Hi, I am a manager at Pixel Crayons, a leading software development outsourcing company catering to clients from all around the globe. We have been using Invoicera to manage our employee's time when they work on our client's project. On the basis of the timesheet, we create time-based invoices and send it to our clients.

What works for us is that invoicera makes this whole process very smooth and less time-consuming. We can easily track the time spent and create it into invoices which can be scheduled as per our cycles. Another great feature is the invoice approval workflow where all the signatories can approve the invoices after fact checking.

I have been working as an Invoicing consultant for more than 10 years. So i basically use Invoicera to schedule my recurring invoices, time tracking purposes, staff management, accounts management, and overall productivity management. Here are my top 5 things which i like:

1. I can easily track productivity with acute time tracking. I can directly create reports too

2. One login for all staff members so that we don't have to worry about multiple logins

3. I can create a hierarchy of invoice approvals

4. I can customize my invoices as per my choice

I have been using Invoicera for a long time and haven't come across any major disappointments so far. Although i would recommend the team to improve the site a bit and some other integrations with other tools. All in all, i am satisfied with my experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am fascinated by Invoicera because it makes the billing process much simpler and faster, it also allows us to automate our business processes to increase our efficiency and productivity. One of its best features is that it allows you to control different businesses simultaneously from the same account and has a wide variety of payment gateways. Its integration with Quickbooks does not work very well, it has flaws and that hinders our workflow. Except for this small inconvenience, I do not find other negative aspects that I can mention about Invoicera, it is a useful, practical and indispensable tool in our company. To start off with I really liked the pricing structure it is too economical, and yes it is efficient as well. The dashboard feature really excites me due to its cool mechanism. We have been using Invoicera for 2 years now. Any small business, should start with this tool to manage customer invoicing. No problem tool, works as has been described. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This tool however does not provide complete accounting and may find it difficult if competing with accounting tools like Quickbooks online, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the way it lets me schedule my invoices, so those could be sent later. Also it tells me when an invoices has been viewed at the other end. Really helpful - it's almost like keeping a regular check on your invoices.

Another thing that I love is the negative invoice or 'credit note' feature that helps in adjusting the overpaid amount by the client. Plus, it's real easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
