I find Invoice Master to be extremely user friendly and very simple to get an invoicing system started as a new company. On the home screen it shows your paid and still pending invoices(Drafts in the program). I like I can keep my client list, estimates and work orders all together in one "app" . The biggest issue I have is the attaching to emails, my second biggest issue is the saving options the option states it will be saved as a PDF but that is not the case at times.( This could be user error) . Also, a few more customization options would be great. I have 2 types of customers and I have made it work but a way to have 2 types of customers with their own invoice numbers would be superior! Example: Commercial customers Invoice # C-101 Residential customers Invoice R-102 when in reality it should be Commercial 101 and Residential 102 This easy addition would make Invoice Master much better.
