**What do you like best about Invoice Master?**

I find Invoice Master to be extremely user friendly and very simple to get an invoicing system started as a new company. On the home screen it shows your paid and still pending invoices(Drafts in the program). I like I can keep my client list, estimates and work orders all together in one "app" . 

**What do you dislike about Invoice Master?**

The biggest issue I have is the attaching to emails, my second biggest issue is the saving options the option states it will be saved as a PDF but that is not the case at times.( This could be user error) . Also, a few more customization options would be great. I have 2 types of customers and I have made it work but a way to have 2 types of customers with their own invoice numbers would be superior! Example: Commercial customers Invoice # C-101 Residential customers Invoice R-102 when in reality it should be Commercial 101 and Residential 102 This easy addition would make Invoice Master much better. 

**Recommendations to others considering Invoice Master:**

Have a list of duties already thought of and ready to go, it makes creating an invoice much simpler. The Invoice Master allows you to add them as you go but I wish I would have entered them beforehand. Also, make sure you save your invoices in a separate/additional platform. I save mine as a document in my Google drive. 


**What problems is Invoice Master solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I chose Invoice Master as my invoicing platform due to its high rating in my app store and the simplicity of use. I am an office manager for a brand new company and I was tasked with building the invoice/billing system. Invoice Master has helped me in many arenas such as building a customer list, creating tasks to bill for, printing the invoice and the professional  look of each invoice.
