**What do you like best about Intelogos?**

I can see who is overloaded with revisions and who has free capacity so work is balanced easily. Workflow is smooth because time tracking starts automatically and billing stays clean. It also shows me that ecommerce builds take more time than basic sites so I can price them correctly. Weekly reports keep clients updated without me writing manual updates and new hires learn faster by seeing how long tasks usually take.

Sometimes the dashboard feels a bit heavy when too many projects are running at once. Also the customization of reports could be simpler for nontechnical users.

With Intelogos managing a large team of developers who all work remotely from different locations and coordinating everything was a lot easier than before for example I can easily see everyones progress without interrupting them. The automatic time tracking is a huge help for our website projects and even our junior developers are now more aware of how long each task should take.

**What do you dislike about Intelogos?**

The initial setup was a bit tricky. For very large projects, you’ll need some patience to get everything in place. I was also hoping for a stronger integration with Slack

Our biggest challenge was knowing whether remote work was staying on track. Thats no longer an issue. I don’t have to worry anymore about developers forgetting to log hours because its all automatic now.

My work is very complex and this tool is helping to track all my tasks very accurately. The favourite thing is that it can see the difference between when I am doing long, focused work and when I am just doing some quick fixes. I sometimes work at odd hours, and the attendance system is handling this with no problem. The visual dashboard is also much better than the old spreadsheets we were using.

**What do you like best about Intelogos?**

I am leading a marketing team. Before it was a big mess trying to track our different campaigns. Now we can create a project for each campaign, like for social media, for events etc. It is very organized. The main thing is that it is tracking the time our designers and writers are spending on each task. This was not visible before. The reports are also helpful to show management how much effort is really going into our marketing work.

I only wish it could connect directly with our social media tools. We are still using another software to schedule our posts. A direct integration would be a very helpful feature for us.

We are hiring new people and they are learning to use Intelogos in just one or two days. The UI is clean and not complicated. This is a big relief for us because we dont have time for long trainings. The team adoption was very fast across the board.

The pricing is a little bit of a headache as the team gets bigger. The jump from one plan to the next is quite big, so for a small business we have to plan our budget carefully

The time tracking is separating different work types in a clear way and I mostly like attendance is flexible and not very strcit so it matches modern team schedules. The monitoring is highlighting patterns like fatigue or overload, it helps in managing balance. Integration is stable and reports are making more sense for management discussions.

One small issue is task categorization is limited, it could give more depth. It is also a bit on the pricey side and some teams may not use all features fully so the ROI depends on usage.

The best part is that it shows us exactly how our consultants are spending their time. We can see how much is going to client sessions and how much is used for non billable work like program design or training. This gives us a fair results and helps in performance reviews and development talks

One thing is that it tracks hours but not the quality of work. For that we still depend on feedback and results.

I am coordinating with three different teams, and before this tool it was a complete headache. Now it is showing everyones work capacity very clearly. In one look I can see who is busy and who is having some free time.The best part is how it is tracking all my small hidden tasks, like managing emails, doing planning and all the followups. And also the Interface not intimidating like other enterprise tools

The only problem was with the notification settings in the beginning. There were too many alerts

this tool tracks everything like preparing for meetings, managing documents and communicating with clients. It's been helpful for monitoring our work and managing time. The team now understands why migrations take time and we're seeing improved project estimations as a result.

The good part is how smoothly it tracks time across different product lines. Research, content creation, and client case studies are clearly separated, which is helping in project planning. Our team is able to collaborate on SaaS campaigns with full visibility and competitive analysis projects are now tracked properly.

One issue is the learning curve for campaign categorizatio and mobile access also should be better for field events.

**What do you like best about Intelogos?**

The resource allocation feature is very good. I can see who is working on which feature and who has bandwidth for new tasks. It is helping us avoid developer burnout. I mostly like the integration features. Connecting to our existing systems was not a big problem. What I really appreciate is the simple UI. No one is wasting time figuring out the tool

The pricing model is peruser which becomes a little bit costly when we hire freelance developers for shortterm projects. A more flexible plan would be good

What is really working for me is the role wise time tracking. We can see exactly how much backend, frontend effort is going into each feature. This helps us make project squad sizing and pricing far more reliable and it removes the uncertainty that usually comes during estimation

One area for improvement is report sharing. For clients we still need to manually edit exports to hide member rates while showing role wise hours

This tool is helping us in tracking the full project very nicely from start to finish. The main thing is that managing all our different teams is becoming very simple.

I mostly like the milestone monitoring its excellent. The budget tracking is also very good and it is matching with the work progress. And we are finding any risk early only, so we can solve it fast.

we had to do the setup manually. This took a little bit of extra time. It was a small issue but it was there.

I like that the employee monitoring part is balanced. It is not too much but it gives me good visibility. I can see if someone is having a problem with their workload and help them. Finally tracking hours without interrupting my flow. Timesheets basically fill themselves. When switching between coding and asset work tracks to right project automatically. When I switch between different client projects, it knows and puts the time on the correct project automatically. Handling different billing rates for different clients is also very easy.
