The user interface of easy to navigate. The results are as good as traditional providers. The service provides initial background checks for individual and firms. The interface organizes the report across easy to access tabs that includes an executive summary, professional (employment and education), legal (court cases and criminal record), assets, regulatory, personal and news sections. Any adverse items are flagged as red or yellow based on severity. You can easily initiaite new requests directly in the portal. **What do you dislike about Intelligo Group?** Nothing much comes up concerning missing features or the service not working correctly. One way the product could work better is by improving the filtering of information for the ongoing monitoring service. **Recommendations to others considering Intelligo Group:** Intelligo is fast and reliable at a reasonable cost. The filtering process through matching algorithm splits the unrecognizable individuals. It also helps in merging duplicate events and conducting connection analysis. The comprehensive data is delivered at a very faster rate. It helps many clients across the financial sector to come up with business decisions very quick. This automated software provides tool that make compliance easier and cost effective. This software also enables fast integrations with many new technologies. **What do you dislike about Intelligo Group?** On flipping the other side of coin, there are some downsides of this software as well. First of all, it has very long working hours. Customer service is not much supportive. Also it is not intended for small personal accounts thus still needs to grow further.
