For a large transformation, I’d probably evaluate the actual team assigned to the engagement as closely as TCS itself. Scale is valuable, but delivery ultimately depends on who owns the architecture and key decisions day to day. For anyone who has run Pega with TCS, how consistent was the senior expertise from the sales process through delivery?
