"Powerful tool"

What do you like best?

The best thing about mind is the capacity to change or adjust applications without needing a degree in IT. A great deal of utilization that utilization judgment don't have an IT foundation and we are as yet ready to redo applications simply like anybody from our IT group. It is truly easy to use. I like that our parent organization approaches key records without depending on somebody to give them the reports. The adaptability in the revealing after took off is astounding.

What do you dislike?

Client administration is here and there, at times great and once in a while less so.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I recommend you learn first as learning it is the simple part simply have tolerance with the slows down. Have a go at running it off an alternate framework if conceivable.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Utilizing it to take care of issues from requests following to Human Resources brief workers. Executed Doc Control and Customer Complaint/non conformance.

"Intellect has taken me by surprise"

What do you like best?

The best thing about intellect is the ability to change or modify applications without having to have a degree in IT. A lot of use that use intellect do not have an IT background and we are still able to customize applications just like anyone from our IT team. It is really user friendly. I like that our parent company has access to key records without having to rely on someone to give them the documents.

What do you dislike?

So far so good, we haven't had any problems with the software

I wish there was some kind of training provide from the company or if there is I didn't receive it but I also started with the company later on.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We able to push applications for our customers through a lot faster since we do not have to rely on our IT team to fix small modifications as well as the ability to get information to our parent company without delay.

"Great potential with customization"

What do you like best?

We are very happy with being able to develop custom applications that fit our business requirements without needing programming experience. We have developed applications for web and mobile device use, as well as tweaking the out-of-box applications to best suit our needs. Training and support services are top notch.

What do you dislike?

So far we have been satisfied with Intellect and have not encountered anything we dislike.

I strongly recommend that you include the training course for designers provided by the Intellect trainers.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Part of our business is conducted in remote locations without internet connectivity. The mobile applications will allow us to utilize specific applications offline and then sync once connectivity is re-established.

"Great potential, needs some fine tuning"

What do you like best?

HIghly configurable - so will meet current and future needs

What do you dislike?

Out of box configuration is too 'locked down". and not obvious how to change things like email notifications. User guides need to describe overall design vision for the modules and how modules are linked.

Get help tweaking the configuration before rounding out to company

"Straight forward pleasant experience. "

What do you like best?

The ability to modify applications without an IT background.

What do you dislike?

Tables are interlinked and there's no direct way of determining connections. IQ apps and QMS apps are not linked so it's necessary to create a whole new user for each platform.

Quality management systems were paper-based and now they're digital which is very beneficial for a company with multiple locations

"Adaptable & intuitive"

What do you like best?

Easy to customize.

Well thought out set up of tools to enable change and expansion

What do you dislike?

A little difficult to follow process when troubleshooting. Particularly workflows, and particularly when moving to a sub-workflow.

Not intuitive on what "page" or step and how to navigate back and foward

Electronic Quality Management System. Unique and current data management visibility & search. Integration with QM program.

Benefits include easier integration and accuracy of findings.

"Great Product"

What do you like best?

Intellect keeps things going the way they are supposed to go. All approvals happen and nothing gets lost. The flexibility in the reporting after rolled out is amazing!

What do you dislike?

Nothing to Dislike it takes some getting used to especially implementing but after is excellent.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are working to track new construction work flow with Intellect. Hope to be able to close out work orders faster and more accurately very soon.

"Build and deploy automated workflows and mobile apps - easy and fast"

What do you like best?

No programming or scripting language required. Fast deployment. Build mobile apps that tie into workflows.

What do you dislike?

None. I am at a loss to identify any dislikes. That's probably because we have come a long way and made many improvements over the previous application which was too hard to administrate and too expensive.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Schedule a live demonstration. You'll see that workflows can be built and deployed on-the-fly. Be sure to see how easy it is to develop mobile apps that are tied to workflows.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The primary goal was to reduce the dependence on paper forms and to use automated workflows where manual tasks could be eliminated and tasks/processes could be tracked.

With over 100 processes automated, the time and material benefits are huge, not to mention the reduction in errors and audit trail created.

Intellect is a user friendly no code platform, enabling customers to innovate and stay complaint with industry and government regulations.

What do you dislike?

Too easy to use.. I really have noting but great things to say about Intellect and the experience I have had with it

"Powerful product and an excellent team"

What do you like best?

The product is very powerful. You could automate any business process at any level of complexity, integrate with other solutions, send notifications, generate any type of reports. The platform also allows you to create integrated iOS and Android mobile apps without any custom coding.

What do you dislike?

Some report generations were a bit slow, but that has been fixed in the recent versions.

I highly recommend Intellect as a solution and as a team.

"Best ROI"

What do you like best?

The ease of use and the fast value realisation. it is considered as a magic tool for most business process management requirements.

What do you dislike?

the only challenge is the support for right-to-left as it is mandatory in our region.

"As good as one could ask at work...."

What do you like best?

Simple, clean, user-friendly interface. Pretty easy to figure out.

What do you dislike?

The application stalls fairly regularly; it's frustrating on a day to day.

Learning it is the easy part - just have patience with the stalls. Try running it off a different system if possible.

I have to communicate with a number of departments in our large organization. We're very customer-oriented, so there's a lot we have to juggle. Any program that helps with clarity is a win!
