**What do you like best about Intellect?**

Intellect's configurability is the best in the industry. You are given the tools to change any part of the app, workflow, and/or UI to suit your needs without needing coding or paying their developers. Their workflows engage closed-loop quality and feed one another when required.

**What do you dislike about Intellect?**

The applications, as they are initially provided, require modifications to be suitable for use in the medical device industry.

**What problems is Intellect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our entire Quality Management System (QMS) is centered around Intellect. We have undergone numerous audits showcasing the software and have received high marks.

**What do you like best about Intellect?**

I love how the program is fully customizable. Easy to manage and configure on my own. We have seen very positive feedback during audits at how we use Intellect to improve our company.

**What do you dislike about Intellect?**

It is hard to really dislike anything about Intellect. If I had to choose one thing- it would be that there may be modules which don't fit my needs out of the box. These apps may require too many steps to process for our company. However this is easily fixed by some manual configuration. And in the end- I would rather step down the requirements than have to step up.

**Recommendations to others considering Intellect:**

Intellect has brought our company to the next level when considering quality management. It has allowed us to free up time with its simple automation and ensured nothing is missed. We have been able to seamlessly adjust our configurations to meet audit recommendations or findings. We consider Intellect a great partner. My only regret is not finding them earlier.

**What problems is Intellect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used Intellect to better manage the flow our audits, findings, and corrective actions. We have been able to see gaps in our training requirements, trends occurring from complaints/non conformances etc. We have benefited greatly during our in house system and customer audits. Intellect provides our data at the click of a button.

Everything is a rabbit hole with troubleshooting and it is very time consuming, even with support from Intellect. Audit trail feature is poor, at best.

**Recommendations to others considering Intellect:**

No software is perfect! Make sure you have the right staff internally to support the software ongoing, or utilize Intellect services. The more you use Intellect, the more comfortable you will get!

**What problems is Intellect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the pandemic, having an electronic QMS (eQMS) has been critical to being successful with having employees work remote. In addition, we have multiple sites which streamlines processes like doc control and employee training, eliminating paper storage, etc

App connectivity provides excellent value allowing the configuration of a wholistic QMS. The intuitive configuration tools, including the drag and drop capability and macro builder, make customizing easy.

**What do you dislike about Intellect?**

There is no way to view a field map. It would be helpful to view details of a field, such as where the original and any linked fields live, as well as field relationships between apps.

**What problems is Intellect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Intellect has provided our company with a holistic eQMS system supporting our compliance needs. We have already improved our transparency, collaboration, and documentation practices during the short time using the software.

Enterprise support is extremely helpful and will guide you through problems and provide solutions.  Intellect is intuitive, making training easy and shortening the learning curve.

I suppose like all software, Intellect can present strange situations but customer support is helpful to address any issues.  Documented and/or published training could be improved.

By implementing apps in Intellect, we are introducing streamlined, consistent, global processes and eliminating wasteful activities with increased automation.

**What do you like best about Intellect?**

What I like about Intellect is the customizability of the platform. I like the workflow of the processes. I appreciate the ability to create new applications for our needs as the arise. The test section is also useful to confirm that changes being made won't have any adverse effect. I like the LDAP integration with the application. This saves on users needing to remember one more password.

**What do you dislike about Intellect?**

How sometimes settings are hard to locate when trying to customize applications. The learning curve for creating and customizing apps can be a bit steep at times. The errors that occur are at times rather vague and hard to determine what is causing the error.  

The other dislike is the administrative side of working with the system on premises when you have a split webserver/database server. The configuration in that setup has not been the easiest.

**Recommendations to others considering Intellect:**

I would recommend Intellect for a well rounded QMS solution that is highly customizable and give you the ability to create new applications to fill in gaps.

**What problems is Intellect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used to handle our equipment calibration and tracking, as well as a injury/safety data tracker. We are further looking into creating additional applications to address areas that we current use Access databases for.

**What do you like best about Intellect?**

The ability to add features to your app for customizations is so easy.  With just a couple of clicks, you can have the workflow perfected for your organization.  And when you need to modify or add things, again very simple to do.

**What do you dislike about Intellect?**

The word to pdf creator/editor feature of the software is a bit lacking.  Would like to see the ability to add automatic time stamp features when the pdf is created.  Would also like to see improvements with watermark when there are pictures on a pdf...the watermark does not always show on the released/obsoleted document.  Would also like the ability to change visibility on the workflow views pulldown.

**Recommendations to others considering Intellect:**

Keep an open mind and be willing to have one or two individuals in your organization that are dedicated to the development/implementation of the software for your company.  Becoming the designer role/admin for my company has evolved into almost a new position for me.  And I've really enjoyed the challenge and the learning that comes with the software.

**What problems is Intellect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our document control process is so much more faster and efficient.  We have only been live for a week or two and we have been able to release or obsolete more docs in that time frame than in the past month.  No more physically chasing down people for signatures.

**What do you like best about Intellect?**

It's easy to use designer interface allows users to customize modules perfectly to their business needs without any hassle. Having separate sites for designing, testing, and production really helps with maintaining change control. Additionally, Intellect being online makes the eQMS accessible anytime which is priceless.

**What do you dislike about Intellect?**

The only downside is that it can be tricky to customize the aesthetic positioning of fields and button, but overall it is the least concern when using a practical and functional eQMS.

While it is easy to customize, it is highly suggested to have someone who is very comfortable with computers to use it.

Intellect has helped with maintaining an accessible and reliable documentation system, particularly in Document Control and Change Management. It keeps track of the next steps needed in a process and that is very helpful. This way nothing falls through the cracks and everything is accounted for. We can also roll out modules one at a time.

**What do you like best about Intellect?**

Intellect is an extremely capable and flexible solution that does not require an Organizations skilled IT resources to configure, manage, or solution.   The tool enables functional colleagues to configure, deploy, maintain, and manage end to end Quality solutions.

**What do you dislike about Intellect?**

Disadvantage to Intellect is more of a cultural issue and less of the tool/solution.   Quality is misunderstood throughout most Organizations and often not stressed from the top down as it relates to integrated strategy.   For this very reason - Intellect, more so in the beginning, was seen as just a Document Control type of repository.   This level of engagement required a large amount of training and education - and once better understood....  the executive engagement and focus on the solution started taking root.

Intellect helps solve many problems related to Quality Management - and overall business management in general.  The tool takes an archaic manual way of doing business - and moves it to a data driven organized and accountable world.

The platform is easy to navigate and easy to use.

I dislike having to have multiple account types and having to go from one account to another to design, test and use the platform.

**Recommendations to others considering Intellect:**

Based on my personal experience I would recommend getting the training as early as you can and use the reference materials. The plat form may look difficult to use at first but it is really quite easy once you get the training. We are implementing Intellect as our initial quality management system because the platform is easy to use, allows us to upload, create, change and track changes of our documents. We also chose the platform because of the ability to access it in the web, have multiple users, and run it on mobile devices. 

When considering Intellect understand that the platform is there to help deal with the documents and processes. There are some templates that make using the platform very easy, but you can also build your own templates and processes (workflows) however you want them.

The customer support has been very attentive. During the process of deciding to go with Intellect it was the attention I was paid by multiple support personnel that made me feel confident that once I purchased the service I would not be left on my own to figure out how to implement and use it.

The ability to track our documents and processes allows us to be in compliance with quality requirements of state and federal agencies. Being able to modify documents in the platform and track those changes is a great compliance feature.

**What do you like best about Intellect?**

Wow - so many things: for a person with a development and configuration background, it's straight forward and logical.  Mostly easy to use with some exceptions and the user interface is appealing and easy to customize for the unique and specific needs of the user(s). It's so flexible and configurable thus giving us great opportunities to solve multiple workflow, data collection and document management problems with a single solution.

**What do you dislike about Intellect?**

For newcomers to configuration, it is not intuitive.  The User Manual stops short of providing all the steps needed to accomplish specific goals as it seems assumptions are made regarding prerequisite knowledge that configurators are supposed to have before starting.  The workflows are easy to set up but the macros and detailed nuances often lost our new development team in a sea of confusion.

**Recommendations to others considering Intellect:**

On these last few questions: I was using Intellect nearly daily until COVID-19 resulted in a stand-down on the project. We were planning to integrate it with SharePoint (done - worked), Helix and Raven (not yet implemented) but those plans were put on hold. We struggled administratively in getting backups to work and other IT admin details.

**What problems is Intellect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating the data collection of specific workflows. 
The most valuable benefit we have realized has been as a result of the automated notifications that we can build in at various steps of any workflow. This saves users hours as they don't have to send reminders and follow up emails.  Another benefit is that it acts as a central repository (master source of truth) for status, data and documents that multiple entities must access for different reasons; allows us to protect the access to information so that competing entities cannot see the status of other organizations' work.

The flexibility of Intellect. Between the staff who are always willing to help and the product's capabilities, you really can build anything out of this platform.

About the only thing you don't have control over is some of the style options. It is very user friendly, no coding experience required, so with that come some limits on how much you can customize the look.

My business is pretty fast paced and only moving faster as current events unfold every day. This application allows us to keep up while still expanding usage. We can update the system as needed without your typically lengthy processes, incorporating more and more of our business needs faster than ever.

I like most that it is easy to implement and maintain. 
Their support organization is very knowledgeable and experienced. As a company, they have demonstrated commitment to their customers' success. And it has delivered very complex business workflows, integrating with every system,  regardless of its limitations, eliminating key entry and duplication. We have created workflows that support all parts of our business, delivering significant value.

No negatives. The solution along with the people that support and developed it, is excellent.

**Recommendations to others considering Intellect:**

Intellect is the perfect solution to implement digital and business transformation. Expose all areas of the business to it's capabilities and the ideas will flow.

**What problems is Intellect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We created Total Quality Management workflows that improved the Integrity of our item data resulting in increased throughput at point of sale, increasing customer satisfaction, and reducing labor expenses. Also, we created a workflow system that allowed front line managers to log audits by regulators and auditors, which ensures that the reported infraction is reported to the appropriate person within the organization for resolution. It also provides a dashboard with a trending of audits and inspections per location. We alert and escalate when the responsible party breaches the SLA. Additionally, we created a transportation workflow to ensure cold chain integrity for product that leaves our distribution center, and it arrived within the store location. This has resulted in reduced spoilage and improved profits.

Customization and flexibility! Intellect (QMS) offers the flexibility to modify workflows according to businesses need. Due to the fact that it is very user friendly, it is easy for someone who does not have programming skills (QA staff) to create and change workflow processes and reports. So instead of Quality Assurance department asking for IT or software developers to modify the workflows etc, Quality Assurance can do it themselves.

**What do you dislike about Intellect?**

Doing search by keywords in the whole system doesn't seem to be possible.
It can be quite annoying setting up the system, since you need to repeat the same 'macro' for every single template and workflow. Something like "copy and paste" would be make things easier.

**What problems is Intellect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compliance problems, as everything is in the system processes can have a better control.
Save resources, because processes are automatized, there is no need to have someone managing it.

I love how user friendly Intellect is, for both the configurators and end users.  From a customization stand point, there is no other software that makes it so simple to change things to meet your business needs. For the end user, everything is very straight forward and the search functions make it incredibly easy to find anything.

Honestly, I cannot think of anything I dislike.

When I bump into a problem, I suppose I will have a dislike however heading into year 2 using the software there really hasn't been anything which couldn't be overcome either on our own or with brief help from the intellect support team

Intellect is extremely versatile and easy to configure. The software solution was quickly configured, validated and adopted by users with various skill sets.

Nothing. We found the software to be extremely helpful in rapidly automating and monitoring our engineering quality processes.

**What problems is Intellect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We automated documentation, monitoring and related quality management of equipment batch production, calibration and preventative maintenance, repairs, non-conformances, etc. We achieved all the above using Intellect as a 21 CFR Part 11 validated software.
With Intellect, we achieved quality auditable and easy to access documentation, transparency in measuring and reporting on key performance indicators, as well as reduced non-conformance throughout our processes.

A little difficult to follow process when troubleshooting. Particularly workflows, and particularly when moving to a sub-workflow.

**What do you like best about Intellect?**

The best thing about mind is the capacity to change or adjust applications without needing a degree in IT. A great deal of utilization that utilization judgment don't have an IT foundation and we are as yet ready to redo applications simply like anybody from our IT group. It is truly easy to use. I like that our parent organization approaches key records without depending on somebody to give them the reports. The adaptability in the revealing after took off is astounding.

Client administration is here and there, at times great and once in a while less so.

I recommend you learn first as learning it is the simple part simply have tolerance with the slows down. Have a go at running it off an alternate framework if conceivable.

Utilizing it to take care of issues from requests following to Human Resources brief workers. Executed Doc Control and Customer Complaint/non conformance.

The best thing about intellect is the ability to change or modify applications without having to have a degree in IT. A lot of use that use intellect do not have an IT background and we are still able to customize applications just like anyone from our IT team. It is really user friendly. I like that our parent company has access to key records without having to rely on someone to give them the documents.

So far so good, we haven't had any problems with the software

I wish there was some kind of training provide from the company or if there is I didn't receive it but I also started with the company later on.

We have developed applications for web and mobile device use, as well as tweaking the out-of-box applications to best suit our needs.  Training and support services are top notch.

So far we have been satisfied with Intellect and have not encountered anything we dislike.

I strongly recommend that you include the training course for designers provided by the Intellect trainers.

Part of our business is conducted in remote locations without internet connectivity.  The mobile applications will allow us to utilize specific applications offline and then sync once connectivity is re-established.

Tables are interlinked and there's no direct way of determining connections. IQ apps and QMS apps are not linked so it's necessary to create a whole new user for each platform.

Intellect keeps things going the way they are supposed to go.  All approvals happen and nothing gets lost.  The flexibility in the reporting after rolled out is amazing!

The product is very powerful. You could automate any business process at any level of complexity, integrate with other solutions, send notifications, generate any type of reports. The platform also allows you to create integrated iOS and Android mobile apps without any custom coding.

Some report generations were a bit slow, but that has been fixed in the recent versions.

None. I am at a loss to identify any dislikes. That's probably because we have come a long way and made many improvements over the previous application which was too hard to administrate and too expensive.

Schedule a live demonstration. You'll see that workflows can be built and deployed on-the-fly. Be sure to see how easy it is to develop mobile apps that are tied to workflows.

The primary goal was to reduce the dependence on paper forms and to use automated workflows where manual tasks could be eliminated and tasks/processes could be tracked.

With over 100 processes automated, the time and material benefits are huge, not to mention the reduction in errors and audit trail created.
