"Affordable, Easy Automation for Marketing Replies"
4/5
What do you like best about Make?

I use Make to put our reply management on autopilot and track positive replies for marketing campaigns. I like that it’s cheap and easy to use, and that it’s a no-code platform. The MCP server support makes automation accessible even to people with no technical background. Setup was easy, and it works great for me as it is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Make?

I’d like an AI feature to help debug errors and suggest next steps. Make works great for me as it is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use Automation That Speeds Workflows, but Needs Better Debugging"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Make?

I find Make really easy to use and understand, with a good MCP connection and a lot of connectivity. Claude can create very good Make scenarios for me. Make helps me work faster and makes it easier to share with my colleagues what a specific scenario does. I can see at a glance how complex a scenario is and where I need to fix it. The initial setup was super easy, and it was very easy to get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Make?

I'd like to be able to reuse a scenario's input or a specific module's output when testing runs. I’d also like a bit better debugging, more development of Maya, the AI assistant, and more observability and alerting systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Marketing Ops Make of Make

Hello,

Thanks for sharing your experience here! We’re glad Make is easy to get started with, helps you build and share scenarios, and saves time on data cleanup, sales, and onboarding. "Exceptional No-Code Automations with Powerful AI and API Integrations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Make?

The visual, no-code interface makes it easy to build complex automations connecting AI tools, email, and external APIs. The flexibility to integrate Claude AI, Gmail, Google Sheets, and Telegram in one workflow is exceptional. Great value for businesses wanting to automate without coding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Make?

The learning curve is quite steep for beginners. Setting up complex scenarios with API connections and JSON parsing requires patience and technical knowledge. Better onboarding tutorials and clearer error messages would significantly improve the experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Marketing Ops Make of Make

"Versatile Automation with Module Variety, Some Integration Challenges"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Make?

I appreciate that Make offers a wide variety of modules and allows for quick building of proof of concepts. It's much quicker to set something up in Make than writing a lambda function, and I find it easier to make adjustments with the UI compared to changing inputs or outputs when working with lambda. The Make MCP has been a game changer for me, especially when dealing with JSON parsing and other complex tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Make?

Sometimes it's really difficult to get modules to speak to one another, and I have to run a scenario just to get examples or to parse JSON. Adding extra pieces seems unnecessary at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Marketing Ops Make of Make

Hi,

Thank you for sharing your insights with us, we appreciate the feedback. We're glad to hear that you're satisfied with the capabilities of our product and the positive experience with MCP. We understand that getting modules to work together can sometimes take extra steps. Thanks for highlighting where we can improve.

"Visual No-Code Automation That Makes Complex Workflows Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about Make?

Make stands out for its visual, no-code approach to automation. Creating complex, multi-step workflows feels genuinely accessible even without a development background, and the drag-and-drop interface keeps the logic easy to understand and maintain over time. It connects reliably with most tools in our stack and supports conditional logic, filters, and data transformation in a way that would otherwise require custom development. Overall, it’s a real productivity lever for operations teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Make?

The learning curve for the more advanced features (error handling, iterators, aggregators) can feel steep at first. The documentation is generally adequate, but it sometimes lacks concrete examples for edge cases. Still, these are minor friction points once you get through the initial setup and start working with it more regularly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automate repetitive tasks with a comprehensive and reliable tool"
5/5
What do you like best about Make?

I love the various tools available in Make and how they are designed. It's easy to get started, there are many integrations and features, and I find the tool quite comprehensive. The features, especially the different scenarios you can create, work very well. The installation also went very well: it was just a matter of following the steps, it wasn't complicated and it didn't take long. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Make?

I like everything that is offered Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Incredibly Easy to Build With, Plus Top-Notch Training & Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about Make?

It so INCREDIBLY easy to build with. The visuallation of everything is so easy to follow. Also the top notch trainings/certifications! I just about integrates with everything. So easy to get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Make?

Sometimes it hard to understand what the errors mean but with an AI its helpful to find issues. It would be cool to be able to code your own modules that that you are using API calls with. Maybe a feature that converts these modules into a custom standard module. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Marketing Ops Make of Make

Hey,

Thanks for the fantastic review! We’re glad Make’s visual builder, training, and integrations help you get automations up and running quickly. We appreciate your feedback on clearer error messages and creating reusable custom modules, that makes absolute sense.

Thank you,
