What do you like best about Make?

Make offers a flexible and powerful platform for building automations and integrating tools across our stack. Its visual builder makes complex logic easy to follow, and the wide range of app integrations enables us to scale workflows quickly without heavy development. What do you dislike about Make?

While the product is technically strong, the customer support experience was disappointing. After a scenario unexpectedly consumed our entire startup plan quota in two days, our requests for help were largely ignored. Follow-ups went unanswered, and the only reply we received was a technical explanation with no resolution or support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
