"Powerful Integrations Make Automation Effortless"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Make?

I like Make’s integrations with AI tools like Claude and OpenAI, and its seamless integration with cloud connectors. I love that I can use integrations and Claude Code to build scenarios instead of doing it manually. Make also helps me automate integrations and makes repetitive tasks easier. I’m familiar with its UI, so setup felt seamless and straightforward, and Make has been my go-to platform for automations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Make?

I think Make’s integrations with Claude and its ability to manage webhooks could be a little better, but I don’t really have too many complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Marketing Ops Make of Make

Hi,

Thanks for the thoughtful review. We’re happy the setup felt seamless and that Make helps you automate tasks across your tools. Your suggestions for improving Claude integrations and webhook management are appreciated.

Thanks for sharing this with us.

"Effortless Email Automation with Make"
5/5
What do you like best about Make?

I like the easy way Make allows for automation of the whole process of sending personalized emails. It auto-creates content with the ChatGPT module, saves it to Word, and sends a .pdf file to the client. This makes it much more manageable than trying to figure out all the automation myself. Also, the capability to go from a ChatGPT prompt to a ready .pdf file is quite valuable. Setting it up was easy because AI assistance was available, and ChatGPT can create whole scenarios, which is a big help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

3.5/5
What do you like best about Make?

Make.com is an exceptional workflow automation platform. Its visual, drag-and-drop interface makes connecting apps and APIs effortless without writing code. It saves us so much time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Make Connects Platforms and Bridges the Gaps of Incomplete Functionality"
4/5
What do you like best about Make?

Big canvas to see all your ideas as you build out your scenario with color coded module. Lots of integrations built in and the ability to use APIs for more advanced functions. Works quickly and able to see runs animated through the process. Pricing is reasonable although appears to be increasing. Support appears to be non-existent taking days to respond when I tried to ask Make AI how to use the date functions and it gave me completely bogus information and kept referring to third party modules that required additional account rather than Make's own date functions. AI appears to have improved. Overall Make works well but I wonder if n8n would work better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Make?

Sometimes I just need to ask a question to a human that knows how to do something and I think the cheaper plans do not include any support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Pediatric Practice with Great Aesthetics"
5/5
What do you like best about Make?

I like that Make has a nice esthetic and that it can be connected to Claude, which I find useful. The templates are great because they give me an idea of what can be made, making it easier for me to automate processes in my daily pediatric practice and not miss important reminders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Make?

I think the help section in Make is too long and should be more concise. It would be better if it could summarize or use diagrams or schemes to show solutions. Also, the initial setup was quite challenging since I wasn’t using AI as a connector, though I used it as a tutor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Marketing Ops Make of Make

Hey Alan,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us, we appreciate it. It's great to hear you're satisfied with the aesthetic and our templates!

If you'd like to show your solutions on a more observable layer, Make Grid might be the right choice. It's an automatically generated visual map designed to organize all your Make automations and AI solutions. Regarding the initial setup, I absolutely understand that the learning curve might be too steep, that's why we have our Make Academy filled with online courses and an AI coworker, Maia, who will help you build, debug, and scale your automations.

Thank you,

"Clean, Powerful Interface That Enables Advanced Automations to small business's"
4/5
What do you like best about Make?

Make has a clean, user-friendly interface that doesn’t limit what’s possible. It offers a wide range of tools, making it possible to accomplish what used to require a full in-house development team with just 1–2 semi-technical users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Make?

Some features aren’t as user-friendly as competitors like Zapier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Marketing Ops Make of Make

"Intuitive Automation That Connects Apps and Saves Time"
4/5
What do you like best about Make?

I use Make to automate workflows and connect different applications, which saves me time and takes care of things for me. I like its simplicity and intuitive interface because it’s very easy to use. I can connect third-party apps with the HTTP module, and I like that the Make Code module lets me run JavaScript to save operations, especially when processing a lot of data. Setup was pretty easy compared with other platforms like n8n and Zapier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Make?

Make is working for me so far, and I can’t think of anything else. Earlier, it was very difficult to find the logs for scenario executions, though I think they’ve improved that now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Marketing Ops Make of Make

Hi,

Thank you for the thoughtful review! We’re pleased to hear that Make is simplifying your workflows and helping you save time, especially when processing larger datasets with JavaScript. We appreciate your feedback and hope Make continues to work well for you.

"Powerful Cross-Platform Automation and Data Handoffs"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Make?

The ability to connect to different platforms and pass data along to the next step—similar to BPMN systems—and then automate those processes is a real opportunity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Make?

The navigation to find out how to add credits if I run out of them - I cant find this anywhere Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Marketing Ops Make of Make

Hey Manesh,

Thanks a lot for sharing your experience and thoughts! If you wish to buy extra credits, then navigate to Org from the left sidebar, then to the Subscription tab in My Plan. In the upper-right corner, click Buy extras and follow the next steps.

"Make Does Everything We Need - Easy to Use, Great UI, and Simple Monitoring"
5/5
What do you like best about Make?

It does anything I want it too. So far I have found no limitations in what I've been able to do with Make, and have been able to move everything to Make instead of using various tools Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Make?

Honestly, nothing at all. It's easy to use, the UI is really good and it's easy to monitor usage. If there was one thing I would change it would be the default frequency of the scenario running when you activate the scenario, as if you forget to change it it can use a lot of credits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Marketing Ops Make of Make

Hello Michael,

Thank you for the positive review. We're glad that you're satisfied with Make and that it meets all your needs. Your feedback about the default frequency for scenario running is absolutely valid. Thank you for sharing it with us.

"Effortless to Use with Great Connection Options"
5/5
What do you like best about Make?

I like how easy it is to use, and I appreciate the connection possibilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Make?

The most annoying part is that triggers can’t fire immediately like they do in Zapier—for example, when an email is received. Instead, I have to use mailhooks, which is frustrating. I’d really like to see triggers run right away when an email enters a specific folder in Outlook, or when a new row is added to a spreadsheet. As it is now, it’s quite annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Marketing Ops Make of Make

Hey Lars,

Thank you for the feedback. Make supports two types of triggers: polling (they check for new data at regular intervals rather than responding immediately) and instant triggers - webhooks (which execute flows immediately after receiving data from a remote server). We understand your frustration with using the mailhook instead of a classic module. Please feel free to log your suggestion to our Idea Exchange board so our Product team can review this suggestion.
