5/5
What do you like best about Make?

I love how easy it is to automate tasks, the interface is easy to understand. Variety of connections. It did not crash on me at all. Pricing is reasonable and the support staff was very helpful. I have not tried the ai part but will try soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Make?

I honestly do not have anything to dislike about make. I have been using make for almost 2 years now and it has always been satisfactory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Tool with Credit Usage Challenges"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Make?

I find Make to be an intuitive tool with a lot of options for creating automations. I love having access to the history of versions, history of runs, and seeing results from past runs because it's visually easy to understand. The initial setup was quite easy, which I really appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Make?

As someone new to automation, Make had a learning curve that involved quite a bit of trial and error. One of my biggest frustrations was running out of credits unexpectedly, sometimes because a scenario wasn't working properly, and other times because I wasn't aware of the credit consumption for specific actions. Using the Maïa feature to create scenarios also led to high credit usage, causing me to run out of credits quickly. I think Make should provide an estimated credit usage before running a scenario, especially for those of us who are still learning and building. This would help in making informed decisions and avoid wasting credits on experimental runs. I also find it challenging that the lack of free credits during the testing phase can be a big limitation. Another issue is the whiteboard feature, which becomes difficult to navigate as scenarios grow larger. Moreover, the option to run only a portion of a scenario instead of just one module or the whole flow would be really helpful. These issues were significant enough that I seriously considered stopping using the platform, although it's otherwise a powerful tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Marketing Ops Make of Make

Hello Magalie,

Thank you very much for your thoughtful and detailed review, we appreciate it. Great to hear that you're satisfied with Make's intuitiveness and the option of history runs.

We are sorry to hear about the unexpected issue of running out of credits. Feel free to visit our Help Center for a documentation article about Credits, which outlines the usage of certain tools and apps.

Also, please submit your ideas to our Idea Exchange board. Our Product team regularly goes through the suggestions, and gathering this feedback is what helps us steer the direction of our development.

Thank you,

"Very intuitive and with templates that facilitate the creation of automations"
5/5
What do you like best about Make?

It is very intuitive, and it also has many templates that can help you in creating my automations Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Make?

What bothers me the most is the renewal of Google credentials, they expire every few days and my scenarios stop. When I'm traveling, it makes me a bit anxious to think that some automations might stop because of this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Marketing Ops Make of Make

Hello Abel,

We appreciate the positive review, thanks a lot! We’re glad Make’s intuitive interface and templates help you build automations and stay informed.

Understandably, recurring Google credential renewals can cause worry when scenarios stop unexpectedly.

If you want to avoid this and you have a Google personal connection, you need to create a private app on the Google Cloud Platform and create a connection in Make with the App Client ID from there. Feel free to look for a full guide in the Make Community!

Thank you again,

"Integromat just connects everything"
5/5
What do you like best about Make?

Integromat lets me connect completely different products and services and create workflows as if they are built to work together. For example, when I receive order in PrestaShop, Integromat can automatically recreate the order in my order ERP system built with Podio. Or when I publish a new product on my PrestaShop online store, Integromat lets me automatically create a blog post about it in WordPress, publish it on Facebook and then publish it on Instagram. With Integromat, I can also integrate Podio and SendInBlue so I can send emails on different events in Podio, like when a user subscribes, and send them an email thru SendInBlue and also track the email events, like open, view, click - directly in Podio. The phone integration is also awesome - you can log all your calls and messages in another system bor backup or just for easier reference.

The workflow builder in Integromat is amazingly flexible and provides excellent flexibility. You don't need to have an IT degree to use it to its best. You can create branches, loops, and all kinds of workflows.

I started Integromat as a free user but then gradually upgraded my plan because the more I use it, the more valuable ways to use it I find.

The integrations in Integromat save me a lot of time, which saves me money! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Make?

Sometimes I can't find an integration for a specific service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Versatile Automation with Room for Improvement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Make?

I use Make to create automations for both learning and freelance client work. Make is really helpful in automating business solutions, saving a lot of time, energy, and improving efficiency. I like the vast number of tools integrated into Make, with over 2,000 apps available, most of which are famous apps, making it easy to connect with any app by searching in Make. The simple drag and drop functionality and settings adjustment inside each module make it very easy to automate business processes and create workflows. The user experience is very good. Another thing I appreciate is their generous free tier, offering about a thousand credits per month, which allows for experimentation with automations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Make?

The thing with Make that could be improved is the integration process for chatbots. When I want to build a chatbot, I wish there was a separate area where I could input a chat message as an input request, rather than it being just inside a module. Also, configuring the settings inside each module can be a bit confusing at times. It would be helpful to have more explanations on what each feature is and how to use them within the module settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Marketing Ops Make of Make

Hello Atul,

It's great to hear that Make has been beneficial in automating your business processes and providing a good user experience.

We appreciate your feedback on the integration process for chatbots. The main reason why it's in one module is to create a more streamlined experience and avoid a redirecting and confusing environment for our users. Thank you for letting us know about the module settings. That is very valuable in order for us to keep improving our platform.

"Powerful automation with an intuitive interface, but requires training"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Make?

I like the convenient and intuitive interface of Make, as well as the fact that it includes almost all the platforms I need to connect with. Make works like clockwork. Many processes that were previously performed by people have now transitioned to Make; verification and analytics are updated immediately, and leads are exported instantly. When I first started, the system was complex and I had to learn a lot, but now everything has become much simpler. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Make?

Initially, it was not easy to figure out: Make is a large system, and I had to learn a lot. Now everything has become much simpler. Make itself works like clockwork, but often external resources, such as OpenAI, slow down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Marketing Ops Make of Make

Hello Kirill,

Thanks for sharing your experience! We’re glad Make’s intuitive interface and broad integrations are helping automate workflows, update analytics, and export leads faster. We understand the learning curve can be steep at first, and appreciate your patience as you got familiar with the platform.

"Powerful Automation Tool with a Steep Learning Curve"
4/5
What do you like best about Make?

I like Make's versatility and its ability to encompass so many different softwares and tools, allowing them to talk to each other efficiently. I also appreciate the powerful AI features that are improving over time, making it easier to use. It has helped me set up things that I never would have dreamed of a year ago. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Make?

There's a little bit of a steep learning curve definitely compared to Zapier and similar softwares, which made me need a coach to help get started. It could be more user-friendly with improved onboarding like beginner's guides or tutorials. An onboarding specialist or a Make Academy for new users could make the process smoother. The initial setup wasn't easy, and having an outside consultant and coach was integral for me; I wouldn't have managed without that help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Marketing Ops Make of Make

Hey Eli,

We're glad to hear that you're satisfied with the capabilities and features that Make offers.

Regarding the steeper learning curve, as you mentioned, our Make Academy was developed exactly to make the learning experience smoother and a bit easier. That's why we have courses for beginners, intermediate, and even advanced users. I'd also recommend visiting our Make Community, a space filled with Make power users, who will be delighted to jump in and help you with your setup.

Thank you for the support,

"Straightforward, Flexible Automations with Make That Exceed Expectations"
5/5
What do you like best about Make?

The interface is inviting and does a good job of guiding the user. The pricing is beginner-friendly and transparent, and the allowed usage feels generous. The number of connections a user can make is broad, which gives you plenty of flexibility. You can also debug scenarios and quickly see what needs to be done and where, and saving a scenario has become much more user-friendly.

I love the community sessions that Make provides and get inspired from those.

You are able to use varied LLM's and can evaluate which one to use on what task.

Scenario folders are great and I should rememeber use those more.

Overall Make is straightforward to use and outcome is almost always exceeding expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Make?

Something I would find useful is place to document choices. Notes in Modules are great, but they are scattered Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Marketing Ops Make of Make

"Automated my Company for $40 / month"
5/5
What do you like best about Make?

I’ve genuinely used make.com to automate pretty much everything in my company without burning through credits. I’m paying around $30/month for workflows that would otherwise require hiring 1–2 employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Make?

I’ve only used one other platform for automations besides Make.com, and Make.com is easily ten times better. Because of that, I honestly don’t have anything I dislike about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Make?

Would be good to have a lower tier level as I don’t use many credits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
