**What do you like best about Integrated Marketing Portal (IMP)?**

I highly recommend this service, not only because of the portal itself but I like the support that's offered with the platform. The support team is always there with me every step of the way.

**What do you dislike about Integrated Marketing Portal (IMP)?**

Hindsight is 20-20. The timeline for the project kept extending, mostly due to our team's iteration of the goal of product. Our end product was very different from where the conversation started.

**What problems is Integrated Marketing Portal (IMP) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cosmos works with the client to determine the needs and then the custom build of the product.
