**What do you like best about Integrate?**

I like the ability to set up different campaigns with different target account lists for a more effective funnel.  The Integrate platform aligns with my media buy.  It helps me hold media partners accountable for lead count guarantees from my approved list of target accounts.  If a partner tries to deliver a lead that is not on my approved list, it is declined.  This makes my funnel prospects more concentrated and more effective for conversions.  Additionally, when leads are delivered that do not match my target account list, we have a conversation about it.  Most of the time, the partner teaches ME something about how the market has changed, usually company acquisitions, causing my target domain list to be out of date.  This strategic dialogue between me, media partners and the Integrate team helps me provide qualitative feedback to my Marketing Ops team for necessary updates for our internal account targeting and reporting.  Without Integrate, these back and forth discussions about email domain market updates would not happen.  These are ongoing discussions that increase overall operational efficiency in our account targeting.  Quarter over quarter, we keep learning and refining our target account strategy by partnering with Integrate.

**What do you dislike about Integrate?**

It is easy to make mistakes in the campaign set up through Integrate.  It has been critical to pay for the Managed Service support through Integrate.  It is also critical to partner with a media agency who is experienced with the Integrate platform and can provide consultative advice that aligns with your media plan and targeted business outcomes.  The good news is that the Integrate platform campaign setup is very customizable.  The bad news is that it is easy to make selections in the campaign setup process that drive actions you may not have intended.  For example, if you have a target account list for your campaign, I do not recommend also selecting a vertical industry filter for the leads you want to accept.  This will likely narrow your acceptable lead pool and could cause confusion with the media partner delivering the leads, stalling campaign delivery.  I've also made the mistake of over-inflating the lead goal for a campaign to allow for over-delivery from the media partner.  This makes it challenging to report out on the pacing of the campaign throughout the quarter.  When you are setting up a campaign for the first time, it is vital to have a kick-off call with the following participants:  you (the client), your media agency team (who is making the media buy), and the Integrate team (who is setting up the campaign for you in the platform, assuming you invested in the Managed Service offering).  You might also include your Marketing Ops team to discuss the process for testing leads before campaign launch and weekly post-out report reconciliation with your marketing automation solution.  This might sound like a lot of work.  Trust me, the upfront attention to detail is time well spent.  It brings the teams together to align on expectations.  Front-end quality setup ensures back-end quality results and funnel conversions.

Integrate Acceleration Platform will provide you with surprising learnings.  You will adopt Integrate expecting one set of outcomes, but be ready and open-minded to learn additional things you may not have expected (in a good way!).  Your insights could guide you to refine your internal operational processes or your media buying processes.

**What problems is Integrate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I"m solving for our desire to accept leads only from our target account list.  We are very clear about our ideal customer profile.  Integrate, in partnership with our media agency and media partners, is helping us stay laser-focused on only the accounts we want to prospect.  Over the last two years we've realized increased quarter over quarter gains in marketing pipeline attribution from leads processed through the Integrate platform.

**What do you like best about Integrate?**

With the help of Integrate, our business now has 100% of our media investment delivering marketable leads. With that, we received a 10% increase in lead quality, saved over 350 hours of time from manipulating and standardizing data, and lastly, our lead submission time went from 7+ days to just minutes.

**What do you dislike about Integrate?**

I wouldn't classify this as a dislike, but our business had a learning curve with our first contract getting an accurate idea of how many records we were going to process. We had overbought, but the Integrate team was very helpful when renewing our contract and level setting it to the right amount.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrate:**

I recommend this platform; my suggestion when setting up the platform is to create a unified process when connecting your sources to simplify it across your org.

I don't have to think about content syndication. Just hook the vendor up with the Integrate Team, and you're all good. Sure, you have to spend some time on the initial setup, but that's true with every mar tech tool of value. Seriously though, no more back and forth on field mapping and list uploads. So much time has been saved.

**What do you dislike about Integrate?**

It'd be cool to be able to hook up a publisher without having to reach out to the team at Integrate. Fortunately, they're super responsive and knowledgeable; it's not really a big deal. I'd also like to be able to fully manage content via Integrate. By that I mean the ability to upload content assets to Integrate and have publishers be able to download right from the platform for them to host. That way I wouldn't have to interact with the publishers at all, outside of initial contract. That's really the ideal end game, no more publisher interaction.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrate:**

Takes a little bit of time to set up, so be able to dedicate some resources to the initial set up. The Integrate admin should definitely have some knowledge of basic Marketo admin requirements (i.e., field management).

**What problems is Integrate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time saved! So much time saved. Oh and money saved. You can actually set up auto-rejection of leads that don't fit the criteria. What's realy great is that I'm able to see exactly how much money I saved on those leads that were rejected. It's literally the only platform I've used that allows me to click a button and see the amount of money saved on an action. Love it.

The amount of detailed information and reporting is the best we have seen from these kinds of platforms.  Easy enough to share with the client but detailed enough to support real-time optimization.

**What do you dislike about Integrate?**

Specific lead details need to be loaded into the backend, which can cause a bit of delay between receipt of leads and specific details.  The cost can appear a bit on the high side when compared to the cost of the supporting campaign, but this delta diminishes over time (and size of campaign investment).

This provides a holistic view of each campaign and allows for instant optimization and thorough reporting.  Helps speed the path to renewals.

**What do you like best about Integrate?**

One of the biggest headaches in managing CPL programs like content syndication is managing lists and/or managing multiple integrations with your MAP. With Integrate, there's one integration to manage and zero list management involved. It takes the time we spend troubleshooting missing leads down to almost no time at all. Additionally, I like that we're able to get leads from a variety of vendors through one relationship – rather than managing individual relationships with multiple vendors at a time every quarter.

**What do you dislike about Integrate?**

It's not cheap – but it's pretty easy to pencil out the ROI. Consider the time you spend managing these programs – vendor negotiation, setup, troubleshooting missing leads, pushing back on leads that aren't good – it pays for itself in time savings alone. We also used the tool they acquired for event leads and it wasn't as simple as we would have liked, so likely would pass on that in the future.

If you're doing a lot of content syndication and not seeing a lot in the way of pipeline generation, it's likely time to consider optimizing your spend by leveraging Integrate.

**What problems is Integrate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had a really small team – we didn't have extra man hours to spare. The biggest problem we were solving was time management. And secondly -- Our conversion rates were well below average out of content syndication programs, and leveraging Integrate helped us waste less money on "bad leads," which ultimately increased our opportunity conversion rates to the point where content syndication was finally generating the 3x ROI we expect out of our programs.

Integrate has become a central platform to manage the lead flow from all the content syndication vendors to our marketing system with the help of their managed services team. Since we have on-boarded Integrate, this process has become much more streamlined, efficient and time effective. Integrate has also helped us with integrating our marketing automation platform with other tools/technologies e.g. LinkedIn Lead Form, BrightTalk etc. They have become an indispensable extended arm of our marketing operations team.

Some of the integration projects have taken some time to build with no fault of integrate but the partners they work with.

If you are looking for a solution to help with all the integration projects or if you run content syndication campaigns, Integrate is the perfect solution/team to work with.

Integrate has been connected with our marketing automation platform and a lot of times tools/technologies that don't connect with our MAP are easier to connect through Integrate. This has saved us a lot of time and effort at the same time maintaining the efficiency of the process.

**What do you like best about Integrate?**

The best part of the platform is the Governance & Compliance functionality. The platform rejects unqualified leads in real-time which completely removes the manual/human element of distributing leads where there is a high margin of error and very time consuming. Since bad leads are rejected upon upload, the time it would normally take for a user to scrub the leads, and then reach out to a vendor to get bad leads replaced is very time consuming. Therefore the Integrate platform provides major cost efficiencies that one would not otherwise get using old and manual lead processing methods. It removes human error which is the manual scrubbing process and allow for bad data to go into a CRM system.

**What do you dislike about Integrate?**

Reporting could be more user friendly. Setting up reporting and modifying reports is very time consuming and it's not very easy to do. It would be great to have a library of example reports to help show different types of data to report on, examples showing various custom built reports, and then people can access these templates to re-purpose with their own data. It would also be nice that once a report/template has been built that a user can schedule reports to auto deliver on a daily, weekly or monthly basis? Setting up reports isn't always very intuitive so it can be a bit of a guessing game which terms to select that will convey the particular data points looking to report on

**Recommendations to others considering Integrate:**

Highly recommend! Typically after the first quarter the cost efficiencies that were saved by rejecting bad lead data will pay for the platform itself. 

**What problems is Integrate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since there are no "bogus" leads that make it through to clients, we are seeing a much higher conversion rates that are going into our CRM systems. Therefore the % of the leads generated from our campaigns converting at a higher rate resulting in much higher attribution to our campaign strategies. The platform forces the vendor marketplace to standardize process across hundreds of different vendors which creates a ton of efficiencies when ingesting data. It also offers a variety of solutions from "always- on", to top of funnel to 2-touch programs. They also has the "Integrate Marketplace" which is a blind marketplace which means the seller is blind to the the user purchasing the lead, but this offers massive scale to users purchasing leads.

**What do you like best about Integrate?**

he UI is intuitive and easy to learn. Reporting tools are decent. Customer service is great. I like the targeting of accounts and it's very easy to upload ads and create campaigns. The process of starting a campaign is intuitive and far faster than AdRoll.We are very new to this software so we really don't have much to say. So far it is working very well for allowing us to create marketing ads and target them to specific audiences. It is doing the job well no complaints that's far.Great for ABM! I once had trouble finding an invoice for the previous month on the platform, but ListenLoop's customer service quickly helped me out.

**What do you dislike about Integrate?**

Too many bugs. Issues arise when uploading certain ad file types. Would love the ability to see how many estimated specific job titles Listenloop expects to reach per organization when uploading tagrget CSVs.ListenLoop makes advertising software that complements your account-based marketing (ABM) strategy, giving you unprecedented power and precision to deliver banner ads to the accounts you desire in just a few steps: (1) pick key accounts, (2) upload ads, and (3) launch your campaign. You can nurture target accounts with a series of ads delivered over the course of days or months with ListenLoop's drip campaigns. Youll keep your ads fresh, preventing buyers from getting oversaturated.

The Integrate platform provides an easy way to manage multiple media partners and campaigns. We've been able to eliminate list uploads and ensure quality for every lead entering our system.

**What do you dislike about Integrate?**

Reporting has always been a pain point for us within the platform, but Integrate continues to make improvements. The user interface itself is also not always intuitive or smooth, but that seems like a bit of a tradeoff for the customizability of campaign setup requirements. 

**Recommendations to others considering Integrate:**

Set up and management this platform can be time consuming, so just be aware that this may not necessarily save you time depending on how complex your campaigns are. However, we've contracted with their managed services team which has helped, and managing campaigns has been easier after initial on-boarding.

We've saved time by removing list uploads across our media partners, and we've reduced invalid or duplicate leads within a campaign.

**What do you like best about Integrate?**

What I love most is that we can run a certain company with which we want to carry out activities based on marketing accounts. I like targeting accounts and it is very easy to load ads and create campaigns. The method to start a campaign is intuitive and faster than AdRoll and its user interface is intuitive and simple to understand between teams.

**What do you dislike about Integrate?**

The campaign reports are very poor, I would like to receive a way to see the campaign's performance of all that running in the place of a single campaign, most of the time that they cannot discover the company they want a function point in the domain and zip code.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrate:**

It is very easy to configure up to one campaign and the fact that you can import Salesforce target accounts, now you also have a pixel tracking to be able to see if companies are visiting your website. It is also the most affordable ABM device that you will probably have on hand and without any complications.

**What problems is Integrate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I once had difficulty locating an invoice from the previous month of the platform but from ListenLoop customer support helped staff quickly throughout the billing. So far it is working very well to allow us to create advertising ads and we address them to certain audiences. The work is done well as a team and we use this great software for our advertising-based campaigns campaigns and I have had a positive experience.

The number one thing I like best about the Integrate platform is having a central location where all our content syndication and webinar leads run through. We use several partner across a lot of client campaigns and this software has helped cut down on manual management of the programs. Because Integrate validates data, we are no longer having to manually scrub every lead file that comes in. 

**What do you dislike about Integrate?**

 Like any platform, I have run into a few platform bugs lately, but most of them are fixed by their developers in a timely manner. The Integrate account team is always available to help with uploads, creating campaigns/sources, etc if for some reason the self-serve platform has an issue. 

**Recommendations to others considering Integrate:**

If you are an agency and looking to use Integrate Orchestrate for several clients, try to consolidate annual costs into one MSA and have them invoice quarterly. 

**What problems is Integrate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We started using Integrate Orchestrate mostly for data validation and as a central hub for all lead gen campaigns to run through. This has cut down on time management of these campaigns and we have seen a lift in lead quality since leads with bad phone, email, etc info are not passed through as a quality lead. It is very beneficial to have the API connections into Marketo and Pardot.

My organization uses Listenloop for custom display ads. The analytics are fairly solid, and the price is very competitive. There are no contracts or commitment. The platform allows for GIF, Video, and HTML5 animated display ads. The customer service has been excellent. 

**What do you dislike about Integrate?**

I've had issues uploading certain ad creative file types. There is no way to know how many targets Listenloop has identified from an uploaded CSV file full of companies. There have also been bugs on their end which caused some of our ads to display incorrectly. 

**Recommendations to others considering Integrate:**

Although the platform works with uploaded CSVs, it is optimized for use with Salesforce.

My organization has been actively using Listenloop to target specific larger companies as part of our overall ABM strategy. The analytics have been helpful identifying new accounts.

Being able to not have to clean/scrub lists from vendors.

**What do you dislike about Integrate?**

The platform is a bit difficult to use and we tried getting a few people on our team trained but it did not work out so great for us due to the level of difficulty we had using the platform on our own. However, since we've switched over to the customer support working with the Integrate team on our campaigns has been super positive and nothing but success has come from it. They respond in a timely manner to our questions, always available for a support call when needed, help us troubleshoot on the Marketo side, they help us troubleshoot with the vendors we work with, and overall very helpful and contribute to our overall success with Integrate platform. 


**Recommendations to others considering Integrate:**

Integrate will definitely help you solve your demand generation problems like cleaning lists, importing lists, and overall data management/hygiene. The company I work for has been using Integrate for almost 2 years now and we've had some bumps in the road in the beginning, but since then, we've had nothing but success using Integrate to help manage our demand generation programs in Marketo.

It is fantastic to have a platform that does all the heavy lifting when it comes to lead programs and delivers leads that have gone through a thorough QA. No longer do I have to run through lead files to look for odd email addresses or missing fields. Integrate is automated that entire process and works with the publishers to deliver an amazing product. 

**What do you dislike about Integrate?**

The V2 platform that was launched this year has its bugs, but I know that the product team is working hard to get it perfect. I have seen the platform progress a lot since it was launched to us earlier this year. They have worked to increase the speed of the platform and the improve search functionality.

If you want to truly automate your lead buying process and ensure high quality of leads are being delivered, I highly recommend trying Integrate.

Specifically using for content syndication programs to reject duplicate leads and leads with bad data. Using Integrate to validate data. In addition we built an integration with Eloqua to check existing database against all net new leads. 

Also, through integration with Bizible, using Integrate for vendor and asset optimization based on pipeline. 

In the past CS leads were passed over in excel files and there were no data quality or lead duplicate checks. Also, the way we were set up, we were unable to conduct proper attribution.

While we were doing content syndication on a smaller scale, we were looking to reach net new prospects and gain efficiencies through automation of the process.  Through our first 5-6 campaigns the 55% of the incoming leads were net new.

No major feedback on the platform itself.  I would recommend reviewing internal process for content approval, and handling of the SOW/PO process.  We were not able to move as quickly as we would like due to our internal processes.

No profiles (i.e. read-only access) are currently available. They are on the roadmap, but not something that has come live yet and ends up limiting the value of use across the organization.

The employees + support at Integrate are what, in my opinion, make this such a special platform, but more so company to work with. They have a great marketplace for content syndication, great integrations into my platforms which enable my leads to flow through, get appended, and gain insights on top-of-funnel performance.

It took a LONG time to figure out how to actually work with them. We originally partnered with them for one thing, but signed a contract that provided so much more. It was a weird start to the relationship, but as I dug deeper realized we had access to so much more. I think a better onboarding process would have helped.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrate:**

Spend time early with the team getting visibility and a deep understanding of what they do. I believe this company is a true thought leader in B2B modern marketing, but you need to establish the partnership early to yield maximum results

Originally it was to generate qualified leads via their marketplace. Since then we have expanded it around demand orchestration, media performance analysis, and lead appending. Initial results have been solid - content syndication leads have begun to convert. But we still have much to evaluate over the course of the next few months to see how their other services perform.

I like that the Integrate technology validates that we are getting quality responses from content syndicated efforts and that they offer a solid integration with Eloqua so we can automate and scale our marketing programs with them.

We've had a few issues with data mapping (how Integrate posts data to Eloqua), but those issues are always quickly resolved.

Integrate allows us to scale our content syndication programs with our target partners. We know that they are doing the heavy lifting in terms of data validation and working to get us the responses as quickly as possible and posting directly to our marketing automation platform. All responses are added to Eloqua, fully validated, with all of our required marketing decoration (campaign attribution, lead source, and other lead routing required fields).

The integration into our marketing automation platform was seamless, and we were able to get ramped up quickly. There's a large selection of vendors that meet our requirements, and there's a lot of flexibility in creating custom fields to help qualify your leads.

If you're not careful, it's easy to get carried away and lose track of your campaigns. It really helps having a platform that gives you multi-touch attribution to help you understand how much you're getting back from each dollar you've spent, especially if you're dealing with longer sales cycles where engagement through platforms like Integrate may only be one touch point in a buyer's journey.
