It is very easy to use and offers a variety of features, among which we can highlight: point of sale (POS), payroll management, inventory management, assignment of profiles to customers, recurring appointments and management of employees, in addition to the functions of stand rental, which is why it is a program aimed at small hairdressers or in process of growth, on the other hand is fully customizable and offers the possibility of making the activation or affiliation of specific areas, for example barber, and the categories associated with this activity, in terms of booking appointments is also very effective, so in general lines is a very complete and efficient program. We used Software Insight Salon for several years and it was really an incredible experience, which allowed us to develop and expand our business, it accompanied us in that stage of growth, and we developed a great reliability because it was with this tool that we were able to implement for the first time the automation of the system of administration of our hairdresser's shop, it gave us the possibility to make follow-up and control in all the scopes of our business from the accounting, with the income and expenses, control of inventory, nominal reports, reason why it helped us a lot in strengthening our experience and knowledge in the enterprise management. "Insight Review " 5/5 What do you like best about Insight Salon Software? I liked a lot about this software program. How simple it was to teach and learn the basics of the program from booking appointments to checking clients out. I liked how clients were able to book online appointments with the stylist they wanted and the service they wanted on the day that worked for them. Most I liked that I was able to view my books from home with a very easy login online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Insight Salon Software? There were many days the program would crash, we had it running on two computers in the salon and one would be working fine yet the other her would not load. Also if you changed the client ticket in the back room, when you went to check them out up front, the ticket would be as it was before I edited it. Sometimes you could not find a clients name so you would have to make a whole new profile for them, there needs to be a larger search for not having the complete correct spelling of a clients name.
