3. Has all features like updation, early warning, error handling mechanism, reporting and integration with our 3 PL
4. It has taken the guess work out of our shipments making everything very predictable

1. We wish it had an even more interactive UI but are told they are working on that
2. Occasioanlly it takes a little time to load the report though can't say for sure if it is the application or our system speed as most times it is not an issue. Transactional data though is very quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
