**What do you like best about Inno@Work?**

It is mostly user-friendly and allows you to help figure out a candidate's strengths and the best fit for them in your company. It also integrates and streamlines the process.

**What do you dislike about Inno@Work?**

The user interface could be improved and allow for more customization.

**What problems is Inno@Work solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hiring and placement--matching skills with positions quickly and easily. Helping with onboarding and with finding courses and other trainings.
