# Is it possible to handle maintenance requests through the app?

Hi everyone, I’m interested in understanding the day-to-day functionality of this system. How does it handle notifications, are they real-time? Can users easily track status updates? Also, does using this system minimize the back-and-forth that often comes with manual handling?

Yes, tenants can submit maintenance requests with attached photos or videos, which you can track, manage, and assign to contractors through the dashboard.
