The analytics toolkit is great, especially the automated analysis of open-ended feedback. Their capabilities are pretty far-reaching. The price is fair, and account managers are generally pretty awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InMoment Experience Improvement (XI) Platform?

Account managers aren't often able to make quick fixes for you, nor are you able to make changes (if you operate on the managed service model). Having a simple filter added to a report or a survey change made takes months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about InMoment Experience Improvement (XI) Platform?

It can recreate the visualization of a ppt report deliverable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InMoment Experience Improvement (XI) Platform?

- Not intuitive/user friendly for non-insights/data experts

- Has a lot of limitations for doing cross-analysis, filtering, etc.

- Cannot download content in ppt

- Text analytics experience has not useful, resulting in non-sense output. Also, it has a black box process that didn't allow any adjustments in the inputs or outputs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
