What do you like best?
General direction to where Ingenico is going and Ideas that they are pretty much pioneering. They are the biggest player on the market that earned a trust of their customers through years. Their solutions require some learning curve but after initial setup it is simply, just working.
What do you dislike?
Slow adaptation of new technologies, support for developers, in short. If to expand , the documentation for developers is written in pdf format, sometimes even as presentation, It has a lot of mistakes and very important information sometimes not highlighted at all. Code examples for their API are also in pdf that are also poorly formatted and contain misstates. As a bonus your are also receiving slow reacting support and absolutely unacceptable developers portal that has obsolete software and documentation, so for each peace of information you must open a support ticket.

Ingenico is a biggest player on the market, they resources to produce and maintain a great products. They also have local support in many countries and decent reputation. EPayments are easy to use and relatively easy to integrate using their API.
