**What do you like best about Infor Talent Management?**

We're using GHR, so having an integrated talent acquisition program is a huge benefit.  Support from Infor has been great so far.

**What do you dislike about Infor Talent Management?**

The functionality is excellent, but the user experience can be frustrating.  There's also a lot of setup and maintenance required.

**Recommendations to others considering Infor Talent Management:**

Build a good relationship with your Infor consultants.  If you don't have someone already helping you, get someone to help you.  This a complicated program and requires lots of support.

**What problems is Infor Talent Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Infor Talent Management is highly flexible for our needs, allowing our users to input much needed information that is used across multiple data systems. 

**What do you dislike about Infor Talent Management?**

The system lacks some of the intuitive design that would be helpful in gathering the user data that we need for other tools. 

**What problems is Infor Talent Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Staff data management and performance data.
