What do you like best about Infor POS?

Running reports on the back side, i.e. accounting side is easier than other products we've used before. Reports are cleaner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infor POS?

The system is too restaurant-based and we are in a college environment which is not creating a problem using the software but we have to look at menus that do not pertain to education at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Infor POS?

Infrastructure is handled by dedicated professional staff allowing our brand to focus on business rather than technology. We switched over to them in 2007 and haven't looked back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infor POS?

The primary interface is your web browser, sometimes this can be an issue if the browser is updated and internal changes are applied to the browser (Chrome or IE) and you need to switch to a different browser. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Infor POS?

I really enjoy the capacity for remote real time tracking of our numbers--from the minute details to the bigger picture. The platform itself is relatively customizable, and functions well in a fast paced environment.

The touch screens and cash registers that came along with it also are very responsive to constant use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infor POS?

Honestly, I don't like that the software itself requires Windows exclusively. I find Windows to be considerably buggy and prone to obsolescence within a couple of years. The look of it these days is a little bulky and outdated.

In addition, it can often take quite a long time to get in touch with the support staff when issues arise. Most often, these issues affect your business in the moment and need to be addressed in the immediate. I often found myself on hold during our busiest time of day for close to an hour every time. What do you like best about Infor POS?

Software and hardware are quite stable and easy to operate. Technical support is generally quite good - knowledgeable and likely to fix problem at first call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infor POS?

Recent software release is slow/laggy. Wait times for technical support can be very long. Enterprise manager (online reporting tool) seems archaic - no mobile support, and each restaurant location has a separate profile and requires a different login. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
