What do you like best about Infinitus AI Agents?

I really have enjoyed listening to the AI agents be very detailed about obtaining benefits. I think they are very focused and are able to obtain all of the required information in a very polite and extensive manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infinitus AI Agents?

The only issue that I have heard sometimes with the AI agents is that they tend to repeat themselves sometimes and it may not be needed since some payers tend to take their time in obtaining the information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Longer time for BI completions"

When the BI's are completed succesfully it does make the turnaround time much faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infinitus AI Agents?

There are times that the AI will have errors or is unable to complete the BI succesfully which in turn I feel doubles my work because I have to go over the Infinitus case and then build a new case to complete a succesful BI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
