I like the openness of the Infigo platform, which allows us to make changes on an individual storefront. This flexibility is a big plus compared to our previous templated solutions. I love the monthly newsletters and updates, as they keep us informed about the changes made to the platform. The platform itself has a newer look and feel and offers advanced options we were looking for. The ability to connect to other applications via API is another feature I appreciate, giving us flexibility by integrating with other print automation software. The staff at Infigo are great; they typically resolve issues quickly and efficiently and are willing to answer questions about the platform, which is refreshing. There are a few issues from our end that we would like to see changed. The 'SPO' module is cumbersome to use for our orders as we can have multiple types or products in one order and these are split across the groupings. The Invent plugin for InDesign is the second best plugin I've used for variable data processing on a storefront. With some work, it could move into first and it's the simple things (from a user perspective) that keep it in second place - these include not being able to use tabs or auto-leading or other character/paragraph format options.
