Best-in-Class Support, Unmatched Branding Customization, Robust Capabilities **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Printing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026 **What do you like best about Infigo?** The visual customization options are better than anything I’ve used before. It feels more like a website than a generic store. The full branding capabilities make it easy to capture a client’s brand accurately, and the UI/UX is quite nice as well. API integration has been great. We’re tied into our MIS, UPS, FedEx, and Avalara Tax. The system is fast and responsive, and I’ve had little to no downtime with Infigo. My favorite part of Infigo, though, is the SUPPORT team. No one I’ve worked with previously can compare. It’s a top-class operation: quick intervention, easy to understand, accountable and always have the answer I am hunting. **What do you dislike about Infigo?** Infigo is extremely capable. I have not been told "No, it can't do that". The answer always seems to be Yes, it can do that. With such a powerful foundation, it is expected that their would be a robust amount of options within the configuration options. That would be my only complaint. The amount of digging though windows and clicking to configure product, payment, shipping and other attributes can be overwhelming at times, but the more you build, the more it all makes sense. Our clients are very unique from one another, rather than all sharing similar work styles, I'm sure that contributes to my experience. After a few builds the overwhelming number of check boxes and configuration settings start to feel comfortable. The good features far outweigh the negative ones so you learn to live with it. A more streamlined approach to building a store such as a configuration wizard; to help us address and understand each of the settings and ensure configuration options are correct, while creating a new storefront. Though I do realize, this is also what makes Infigo so flexible and customizable. **What problems is Infigo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We’ve used a few eComm software platforms, and Infigo excels where others fell short. It’s easy on the eyes, intuitive for users to navigate, and delivers a consistent experience with little to no bugs. We transitioned our client base onto Infigo and received lots of positive feedback from day one. Other software could do some of what we asked, but not all of it, and the stores always looked generic—with a logo was simply pasted at the top. Infigo was a huge visual upgrade compared to those older, generic stores. A modern interface rivaling Shopify and the most current trends in eCommerce platforms. The MIS integration was smooth and has increased efficiency tenfold. The software also seems to accommodate all our product types and services without “workarounds” or complex manual workflows. Overall, Infigo has helped us receive and produce print jobs faster and more efficiently, with fewer administrative touches and cost. That is a plus for any business! ### 2. Outstanding Support! Plus, the software architecture is very flexible and powerful. I've not been told, NO, it can't do that. **What do you dislike about Infigo?** There are numerous settings and checkboxes to utilize, but something so powerful must have many levers to control functionality. It is a fair trade off once you get used to it. **What problems is Infigo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I gorgeous user interface that is very customizable, integration with our MIS system to reduce admin cost and manpower. Infigo allows us to offer tailored solutions to our client base while impressing them with features and visual aesthetics. ### 3. This flexibility is a big plus compared to our previous templated solutions. I love the monthly newsletters and updates, as they keep us informed about the changes made to the platform. The platform itself has a newer look and feel and offers advanced options we were looking for. The ability to connect to other applications via API is another feature I appreciate, giving us flexibility by integrating with other print automation software. The staff at Infigo are great; they typically resolve issues quickly and efficiently and are willing to answer questions about the platform, which is refreshing. **What do you dislike about Infigo?** There are a few issues from our end that we would like to see changed. The 'SPO' module is cumbersome to use for our orders as we can have multiple types or products in one order and these are split across the groupings. The Invent plugin for InDesign is the second best plugin I've used for variable data processing on a storefront. With some work, it could move into first and it's the simple things (from a user perspective) that keep it in second place - these include not being able to use tabs or auto-leading or other character/paragraph format options. **What problems is Infigo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Infigo to modernize our digital storefronts and customize them with advanced CSS. It integrates via API with other software, improving our operational flexibility and order processing. This addresses our need for a modern platform and supports our growth as a premier partner. ### 4.
