I like the openness of the Infigo platform, which allows us to make changes on an individual storefront. This flexibility is a big plus compared to our previous templated solutions. I love the monthly newsletters and updates, as they keep us informed about the changes made to the platform. The platform itself has a newer look and feel and offers advanced options we were looking for. The ability to connect to other applications via API is another feature I appreciate, giving us flexibility by integrating with other print automation software. The staff at Infigo are great; they typically resolve issues quickly and efficiently and are willing to answer questions about the platform, which is refreshing.
