What do you like best about INDIDESK?

I enjoy using INDIDESK in my workplace to manage client questions. It has helped me keep track of all the incoming messages and respond to them fast in one place. Our clients ar happy since i respond fast to their queries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about INDIDESK?

For new users it can be complicated and i have found some features not easy to find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"There is nothing special than using good tool like indidesk"

What do you like best about INDIDESK?

It has a unique and cool user interface which is easier to use and interract with. I like it's 24/7 user support who are knowledgeable and provide good suppo t services Incase be.

Collaborations feature helps to create a group or individual chats and reach to team members about progress of the project.

Has a unique a and fantastic reporting tool which gives an insight on the detail project and task reports. Assigning task, creating milestones and projects and other features are easier to work in this tool and one is even able to track all of this in Indidesk Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about INDIDESK?

No challenges seen while using Indidesk and to me it has been working very well without hindrance.

It has greatly improved project management and level of managing employees on their job categories and task assigned Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can go for it if everyone you going to work with know how to work on this platform. Otherwise, half of your time would be spent on teaching others it's features, which will hit your productvity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best tool for remote workers"

What do you like best about INDIDESK?

The best part is very much useful for remote workers we can share files and assign tasks & milestones for the team. Also, time tracking option is available so it was easy & simple to monitor the employees Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
