Our clients ar happy since i respond fast to their queries. **What do you dislike about INDIDESK?** For new users it can be complicated and i have found some features not easy to find. **What problems is INDIDESK solving and how is that benefiting you?** Indidesk addresses important business challenges by streamlining and organizing customer support. I like it's 24/7 user support who are knowledgeable and provide good suppo t services Incase be. Collaborations feature helps to create a group or individual chats and reach to team members about progress of the project. Has a unique a and fantastic reporting tool which gives an insight on the detail project and task reports. Assigning task, creating milestones and projects and other features are easier to work in this tool and one is even able to track all of this in Indidesk **What do you dislike about INDIDESK?** No challenges seen while using Indidesk and to me it has been working very well without hindrance. You wont need anything else.. **What do you dislike about INDIDESK?** Navigation was bit complicated for me and could have been better. **Recommendations to others considering INDIDESK:** You can go for it if everyone you going to work with know how to work on this platform. Otherwise, half of your time would be spent on teaching others it's features, which will hit your productvity. **What problems is INDIDESK solving and how is that benefiting you?** Freelancing.
