**What do you like best about InsuredMine?**

There is so much I like about the software and all the tools it provides but the absolute best is the customer care. I have to highlight Rohan, as the best customer experiences have come specifically from him. Rohan goes above and beyond to help you understand the system and the features it offers. It gives me peace of mind that I'm using the system to its full potential which helps meet the needs of our agency.

**What do you dislike about InsuredMine?**

I can't think of anything I dislike. When I first started using the software it was very overwhelming but thankfully Rohan is there to clarify any of my doubts and assist me in learning how to use certain features that will help my agency grow.

**What problems is InsuredMine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps keep new business become organized and tracked. Also gives us a fantastic channel of communication between our agency and clients by using the campaigns feature.

**What do you like best about InsuredMine?**

CEO Mr. Raution was helpful and listened to the concerns but the team was unable to resolve issues and the Refund request was never processed.

**What do you dislike about InsuredMine?**

Program did not work as intended. Customer service could not resolve the issue. The Refunds request was never processed

**What problems is InsuredMine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

able to reach the clients in a better way to offer a better service but it did not work !

**What do you like best about InsuredMine?**

Love all the various functionality with IM. It's great that it can handle me sales pipeline, and the automation that needs to go along with it. It handles all my new client welcome messaging while keeping in contact with customers to increase retention. Best of all they have incredible service that handles things quickly and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about InsuredMine?**

Only issue I have is that they are always growing and adding new features, so you have to be dedicated to growing your agency with them and utilizing all of their features. Good issue to have!

**What problems is InsuredMine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I figured out how to streamline my sales process and make rentention stronger with my agency. Having the ability to sync with my AMS is a life saver.

**What do you like best about InsuredMine?**

I love all of the moving parts of InsuredMine and how much it allows me to do efficiently and effectively.

**What do you dislike about InsuredMine?**

Getting everything set up the way you want and need it to can be a task; however, InsuredMine is extremely helpful.  Anything with customizations can take some effort and this system is truly customizable in many ways.

**What problems is InsuredMine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having everything in one place with automations has helped my agency the most.  We are more efficient, on one accord as a team and can market better.  It also has made our retention process much more streamlined.

InsuredMine is great for client communication, following leads, renewals, etc.  Program is simple to understand and very user friendly.

**What do you dislike about InsuredMine?**

Prefer the view of the old version but appreciate that we can still chose to switch to that view.

**What problems is InsuredMine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everything is in once place when it syncs properly with NowCerts.

Insuredmine has brought together various programs that I was using all in one place.

**What do you dislike about InsuredMine?**

Sometimes deal cards glitch, & need to be deleted, then recreated.

Insuredmine tracks my lead pipeline, renewals, service, handle email/text marketing, calendar, and a lot more.

As a new agent it has helped to stream line my pipeline and make sure that I keep an adequate amount of leads.

**What do you dislike about InsuredMine?**

The only downside I have would be it not updating my annualized premium and total policies as accurately as my own personal records.

**What problems is InsuredMine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped me to make sure that I keep an even load between new leads I'm getting and clients ready to issue policies to make sure that I don't get over worked on one end or the other.

This company is extraordinary.  They provide a daily training for free that is outstanding.  The support and cooperation for a new user to get up to speed is the best I have seen in my 26 years in the business.  These guys are completely top notch.

Getting started.  No matter what, it takes a lot of time, money and effort to start customizing even the best CRM.

I've been pleased with Insuredmine and am anxious to continue to get the most out of the system and all of the features available now and the constant improvements and changes that continue to be completed

nothing at this point thank you.  I am happy so far.

automation is my biggest problem at the moment.  the simplicity of use and implementation is so far the best.

The whole interface and clutter free.  Easy to add and track leads.

**What do you dislike about InsuredMine?**

The fact that email integration is not yet working.  When adding a customer, we cannot add their dependents and their info.

It is a great product if you are serious about crunching the numbers and optimizing your business.

I used to loose track of customers when the amount of work o be done in a day is overwhelming.  Now because of  various tabs and visual cues in insured mine  I am able to keep track of every single customer and at what stage I am to getting the business.

**What do you like best about InsuredMine?**

There are a couple best parts about InsuredMine's platform but the #1 value that it brings to our agency is the connectivity it brings to every tool that we use. It has become our main hub where all agency communication is initiated. Gone are the days where we would use a management system to store data, a voip system to send text messages, a ticketing platform for service, and a pipeline manager for sales funneling. With InsuredMine it is all in one centralized service and keeps all of my contacts up to date as well.

And I must also take a minute to mention that the support team is one of the best that I have dealt with. With any new technology-based product, there will always be bugs and issues because things are constantly being upgraded and altered. But every time there is a wrinkle or a fix is needed the IM support team is always there to respond with a quick fix OR letting us know that it will be worked on with am estimated date of completion. They are very hand-on and will work hard to make sure the problems that arise are as minimal as possible. The clear communication is a huge benefit.

**What do you dislike about InsuredMine?**

The only drawback (if you call it that) is that there is so much data flowing in and out of the system that it does take time and commitment to make sure all of the data that is flowing from system to system is done correctly to maintain accuracy.

**Recommendations to others considering InsuredMine:**

If you are looking for a technology solution that will work as your CRM and talk to your management system and allow you the ability to be a marketing and sales machine then InsuredMine is where you need to be. Let them do a full agency MRI to see what services you are currently using to see how they can build efficiencies for you.

**What problems is InsuredMine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Data Sync - all of my contacts from my management system are now in sync with my CRM.
2. Reduce duplicate and triplicate data entry - once the info goes into my InsuredMine system that data is being sent to my other systems so I don't have to  keep on manually entering the data.
3. Marketing - By having all of the information together I can easily build out marketing campaigns for prospects, clients, and ex-clients. I don't have to constantly run reports and keep up with spreadsheets because the data is syncing in real-time.
These are just a few of the things that we have implemented to make our agency run much more efficiently.

The ease of automation and sharing docs with clients. Insuredmine has allowed us to free up time in order to increase our income producing activities.

Being a startup, there have been a few minor issues, but they are incredibly quick to resolve.

**Recommendations to others considering InsuredMine:**

I highly recommend Insuredmine to other agencies who are looking to shine in the 21st Century.

We have been able to automate renewals and pending cancellations. Also, service work like getting ID cards and other insurance docs are solved through their app and portal.
