Vertex had just implemented our biggest and best project to date, the cloud CIS implementation of DC Water. Not only was it our biggest customer reference we could now tout for that offering, but the story was one that we had never seen in our industry before. Our biggest conference of the year, CS Week, is the largest conference in the utilities industry for customer service applications and technology, and where Vertex gets the highest quality leads. It was important that we had a partner that understood our complex B2B offering and that would be an extension of our internal team, which is very small.
