Not a good product. **What do you dislike about I-9 Advantage?** To be avoided! What did I dislike, everything. I was a second rate product right from the implementation full of excuses. I was disatisfied with the product, Came to an agreement that we woudl terminate the service and the contract. 3 years later they start hounding me for payment. The first they cam back I got them to back off, after two more years of hounding I just paid it to be rid of them. **What problems is I-9 Advantage solving and how is that benefiting you?** Remote signing of I-9s, nope. ### 2. I've tracked I-9 forms on paper and it was a mess. It is relatively easy to use and figure out. **What do you dislike about I-9 Advantage?** I have had product crash before, but other than that no real complaints on it. I was never trained formally on it, just given a run through of what to do. Partially that is on my former company, but it would be great to have a more involved rep that can be relied on to do a quick and straight forward training. **Recommendations to others considering I-9 Advantage:** Connect with a rep to get training for your team. I'm sure they offer that, although I had never been in contact with a rep. **What problems is I-9 Advantage solving and how is that benefiting you?** For me - it's beyond I-9 compliance. It helps me stay organized and not miss anything. ### 3. Very easy to manage and enter a data that is necessary. **What do you dislike about I-9 Advantage?** There is nothing that I dislike to dislike of the software. **What problems is I-9 Advantage solving and how is that benefiting you?** Running the E-verify's. We are able to entered everything in the system and be able to also keep in on file. ### 4.
