"A great tool for Talent Relationship Management"

What do you like best about hyrd?

Before hyrd, we didn't really have the Talent Relationship topic on our radar. But with hyrd, we were able to significantly improve the outcome of our entire recruiting process. We gradually expanded the platform to our various business areas and locations, and now we use Talent Communities in almost all business areas and seniority levels to connect with talents.

At first, we had concerns about the manual effort required, but hyrd has many really useful AI features and automations that reduce manual effort to an absolute minimum. Our recruiters are thrilled because with multi-channel communication and personalized video content, we create a candidate experience that is many times better than anything other tools offer us.

What do you dislike about hyrd?

Currently only available in English and German. We would like to use it in other locations as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is hyrd solving and how is that benefiting you?

With hyrd we collect all talents we reach and are in contact with in our talent communities. This makes our entire recruiting much more efficient as we never again lose great candidates.
