Before hyrd, we didn't really have the Talent Relationship topic on our radar. But with hyrd, we were able to significantly improve the outcome of our entire recruiting process. We gradually expanded the platform to our various business areas and locations, and now we use Talent Communities in almost all business areas and seniority levels to connect with talents.
At first, we had concerns about the manual effort required, but hyrd has many really useful AI features and automations that reduce manual effort to an absolute minimum. Our recruiters are thrilled because with multi-channel communication and personalized video content, we create a candidate experience that is many times better than anything other tools offer us.
