**What do you like best about hyrd?**

Before hyrd, we didn't really have the Talent Relationship topic on our radar. But with hyrd, we were able to significantly improve the outcome of our entire recruiting process. We gradually expanded the platform to our various business areas and locations, and now we use Talent Communities in almost all business areas and seniority levels to connect with talents.

At first, we had concerns about the manual effort required, but hyrd has many really useful AI features and automations that reduce manual effort to an absolute minimum. Our recruiters are thrilled because with multi-channel communication and personalized video content, we create a candidate experience that is many times better than anything other tools offer us.

Thanks to the ATS integration, we were able to implement hyrd super quickly.

**What do you dislike about hyrd?**

Currently only available in English and German. We would like to use it in other locations as well.

**What problems is hyrd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With hyrd we collect all talents we reach and are in contact with in our talent communities. This makes our entire recruiting much more efficient as we never again loose great candidates. Before we did not stay in contact with any candidate which we did not directly hire, which was a waste or our recruiting budget.

**What do you like best about hyrd?**

Its easy to use and the highly automated and ai supported process does not require lot of time from me and my team to achieve really good results.

**What do you dislike about hyrd?**

We dont really have anything we do not like about the product.

**What problems is hyrd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use the product for collecting all candidates which would normally drop out of our recruiting funnel. Also we use it to stay in contact with former interns and alumni.
