The distinction between when the six-month clock starts at signature versus at go-live is the detail vendors conveniently leave out of their ROI claims. I&#39;d also flag that full traceability ERP and lightweight digital record-keeping are answering completely different questions here, and lumping them into one ROI comparison isn&#39;t really fair to either.
