Not only is Hype very user-friendly, it is easy to navigate for employees and administrators. Our employees are provided with transparency, whether with their ideas, evaluations, or the projects that the organization is driving. Hype serves as a great repository for all of these processes. I believe that ROI (tangible or intangible) could be tracked on Hype better. I think that a built-in ROI tracker would create a lot of value for the user. The tools available to submit ideas are great, though when those ideas are selected for implementation, it is very important to be able to track the impact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
