Easy to Use and Supported Long Term That Sticks Around

The platform is easy to use and pretty straightforward. You don’t need a lot of instruction for people to get started, which helps with adoption. What I also appreciate is their team didn’t just implement and disappear. They stayed engaged after go-live and even years after implementation they continue to support us, answer questions, and help us improve how we use the platform.

The Platform we created with HYPE Innovation is going to allow us to absorb all of the ideas our company generates in a way that we couldn't do before. User-Friendly Interface and Quick Campaign Setup with Good Security

Very user friendly interface for end users, no need special training. Less than 10 min to build a new campaign from zero. Very dynamic customization allowed to setup a campaign. Different access settings for users, campaigns and ideas to protect the security.
