It helps to reduce and almost remove the manual data entry and automate data capture. It can help to capture a lot of data from the documents which would otherwise be skipped if manual data entry was being done. It is point to click configurable. Uses AI to self learn which helps to increase the accuracy and streamlines the process. Has support for a wide range of languages. Has support for OCR, ICR and even hand written text. Has support for almost all types of files and file types. Has support for image enhancement and processing. Support from Hyland, as always, is awesome. **What do you dislike about Hyland Brainware?** Capturing is highly dependent on the quality of images and text. It works pretty well for structured documents with good quality but if the text or image is withered or the quality is not very good then accuracy is below average. Performance is another concern if here is very huge volume of data though performance issue is not always observed. Training for end user as well as developer may be required for effectively using the features of product though with experience thus issue will alleviate. **Recommendations to others considering Hyland Brainware:** Hyland's brainware is a highly intelligent capture module. Must go for it to automate your indexing process. **What problems is Hyland Brainware solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were initially using scan queues and auto fills along with advanced capture to index the data of scanned documents.
