The idle time detection can sometimes be too sensitive. Hubstaff has been very useful for tracking my work hours and taking screenshots. I was able to download the app for MacBook Air and use it while I was working on a project. Onboarding was easy. I believe it's still unable to track if there's a mouse jiggler/timer. I have one employee who I had been tracking, having 100% mouse usage with no keyboard usage and no changes in the screenshots for 40 minutes to 80 minutes exactly a time, daily.
