Recommendations to others considering HubSnacks:
Do not use as they promise you and deliver nothing and try charging you extra even though they literally have not done one thing for us. Beware of any good reviews as they're asking people to do reviews before any works carried out to compensate for some of the work that's meant to be included in their subscription that they have paid for. What problems is HubSnacks solving and how is that benefiting you?
After many meetings with HubSpot and Hub snacks prior to signing up to their services and the software we advised them that we needed to move over by a certain date from our current CRM and the transition needed to happen before that.
We paid upfront for everything, including the subscription, which is very expensive as well as the snack subscription to help with on boarding.
We promised the World prior to signing up as soon as we've signed up we got left and no one has help us. Even though they promised us that we would be boarded before the 28th of October When are previous CRM system subscription would finish which means we wouldn't have access to it? We were really worried that things was not moving forward so ask them can they reconfirm that we would be moved over before the 28th of October? They took all of our money and just left us when I put in a complaint response was that it can take up to 90 days for them to Do the basic tasks we need and they also have tried charging us for it when they have taken money off us and not done anything and the task that needed to be done were basic tasks that was included in our snack subscription. Once I made the complaint, they said if I leave positive reviews before they would do some of the work free of charge. I sent in another complaint as I think this is very unfair blackmailing us to do reviews online for services that we have already paid for.
They have not got back to us with a plan of action or even acknowledged how they're gonna fix anything with the complaints. All we keep getting is an email saying it's with the managers. It's with the managers. It's now 10 days since I sent the complaint and we have no CRM No way for our leads to go, which means we are not receiving any leads whatsoever which is causing massive damage to our company.
Can't believe we left Keap Infustion Soft who had excellent customer service and was always there to help you for HubSpot who I meant to be a amazing software, however, although the Customer Service at HubSpot has been okay, the Customer Service at Hoback who get you on board with HubSpot has been absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. I've been asking for a refund and I will need to move back to our old software, however Is not an easy process as everything has been cancelled as we thought we were moving over to the new software by the 28th of October.
My Team has spent so much time energy and money, heart and soul into this project for snacks to just disregards and try to get more money out of us and delay their response to us. We are literally left with no answers No refund and no CRM system.
