**What do you like best about Hub Planner?**

I use Hub Planner to fill in my weekly timesheets. It prevents me from having the headache of maintaining it manually, making the user journey more satisfying. I like the layout, which is really intuitive to use with a very good user training wizard. Setting it up was good.

**What do you dislike about Hub Planner?**

I would maybe have the intro wizard more aligned to its intended purpose.

Hub Planner prevents the headache of maintaining my timesheets, making my user journey more satisfying.

**What do you like best about Hub Planner?**

Hub Planner makes scheduling work and updating schedules very simple, and the user interface is very intuitive. Their customer service is top-notch, as well. The support team is always responsive and helpful, and if there is not a straightforward solution for my unique problem, they send a video tutorial of a possible solution that may work.

**What do you dislike about Hub Planner?**

Some of the add-on features, such as capacity finder and dependencies, seem like they should be included in service plans without the additional costs. Some of the expenses for these add-ons are quite high and quickly make the software a less affordable option for small to mid size organizations.

**What problems is Hub Planner solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem we had was being able to easily update employee schedules when a project or work gets delayed, as well as reporting on utilization. Hub Planner's reports tool is very helpful for visualizing utilization.

Easy to plan projects and track through lifecycle. Reporting structure helps with resource planning and costs for projects. Reporting also assist with weekly and monthly figures reporting into the Finance department

Hard to view on mobile device (phone) could do with an APP :)

Easy to track which resources are allocated to projects and easy to move works between resources. Costing pots are a great help to track spend per department and helps when reporting costings into finance department

**What do you like best about Hub Planner?**

The interface awkward at first but once I understood how it worked it became very easy to find and add category rows and fill the time columns. I especially like how I can enter e.g. 0.75 hours and it's smart enough to convert that to 45 minutes.

**What do you dislike about Hub Planner?**

I track my meetings and tasks carefully in Google Calendar so it feels a bit cumbersome to manually re-enter that data in Hub Planner. It would be great if there was an add-on or such to automatically populate it.

**What problems is Hub Planner solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I only use it to track time against my team allocation and a single large project.

I find useful having the possibility to group the resources. It is positive to have a quick overview  of the team.

The full screen! It would be best to click on a name and have a detailed view of that resourse (maybe in a new page).

For example, it reminds me of my daily schedule and as well as of my collaborators in a project.

**What do you like best about Hub Planner?**

Hub Planner features an intuitive and user-friendly interface, making it easy to configure and integrate with our team. We rarely needed support during the onboarding process or afterward, but when we did, the Hub Planner team was quick to respond and resolve any issues. They are also very receptive to feature upgrade suggestions.

**What do you dislike about Hub Planner?**

There are few downsides to Hub Planner. However, a clearer "current day" identifier would be beneficial. An "undo" button has been a frequent topic of discussion, and we are still anticipating its implementation. Additionally, the ability to customise and download project and resource dashboards would be a valuable enhancement. Finally, a more user friendly mobile web interface or app for resources would be of significant benefit.

Hub Planner has significantly improved our resource management, but the major advantage for our business is the ability to report on resource utilisation in relation to project budgets.

I like the ease of filling my weekly timesheet. Logging hours had always been a pain for us contractors but hubplanner made pain go away. Love the UI , no hussle.

I hope i could see my past logged hours in much easier way , say like in a side panel or a weekly dropdown.

**What do you like best about Hub Planner?**

The ease of use and the simplicity of understanding our workload. There are many team management programs out there, but most are overcomplicated and not simple enough to fit the purpouse. With Hubplanner you can easily see your workload split into hourly slots, and easily find any information needed to start the job.

Customer service and the tech team are great as well, every problem we encountered got solved in the matter of hours/days.

**What do you dislike about Hub Planner?**

Would be great to have teams integration, so people can see your workload (or the fact that you are busy) whilst booking you into meetings.

**What problems is Hub Planner solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hubplanners solved our issue in the design team to be able to book in, track and organise our workload hour by hour and day by day.

I like how easily you can set up the Scheduler and how it makes it clear the amount of hours you are expecting to spend on each project. It is also quite easy to use and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Hub Planner?**

One thing I do wish hubplanner did implement is to allow you to move filled out timesheets to a different week. Several times I've accidentally filled out the wrong week and there is no easy way to just carry it over.

It is solving tracking of my time and seeing how much time I'm spending on each project.

Pros:
- Super user-friendly and was not difficult to integrate into the workflow
- Amazing customer support staff
- Affordable compared to other platforms

**What do you dislike about Hub Planner?**

Cons - But all minor things! 
- Wish the mobile platform gave admin users more visibility about the projects than just the team members.
- Does not integrate with our financial platform, but not the end of the world.
- Wish you could input/type out a date vs clicking the month until you get to the date when entering milestones/phases.

**What problems is Hub Planner solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to see the big picture when zooming out months ahead to figure out what projects we have scheduled and how to handle resources.

**What do you like best about Hub Planner?**

I like being able to see all of the resources available or the allocations for resources for any given week. It's really helpful to see what our agency is working on at any given time. It has the flexibility to denote time allocations in any given week and assign different colors to different types of tasks. I am looking at it daily so I can see how to support my team. We've tried to replace the tool, but haven't been able to replicate its capabilities. It's relatively easy to pick up and use.

**What do you dislike about Hub Planner?**

There is a Resource view and a Projects view. I wish I could dive into a project on a resource's line to then backwards view all of the resources also assigned to that project. That's not a possibility for me. It's tedious to be in meetings to toggle back and forth many clicks and scrolls to be able to go between the individual resource and the project and all of the resources on a project. It slows me down. I'd also like to be able to click into a project to drill into details - currently, we're not able to write details into entries, I'd like to be able to anticipate where we're going for travel projects. Lastly, not everyone has the same capabilities without admin privileges - I'd like to be able to filter for available resources in any given period; instead, I find myself scrolling up and down our board to see who is available in a manual capacity.

We have a number of resources that could be allocated to various projects the agency wins. Hub Planner is the tool we use to manage and allocate resources.

**What do you like best about Hub Planner?**

The levels of user
The ability to search easily
The colouring system
Resource grouping

**What do you dislike about Hub Planner?**

The mobile app isn't so reliable or useful. Our engineers need to look at the app every day due to changes in works, but they have to get their laptops out since the app doesn't always populate the jobs into the calendar. I'd really like it if the app could be made more reliable.

The timeline bar showing the current day is thin and needs to be more obvious. It progresses throughout the day which may be good for some, but for me, it would be better if the line was thicker or just the whole day down the grid was a big obvious bright colour

**What problems is Hub Planner solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have many men to diarize and track throughout the weeks. It's very useful being able to see easily with the differing colours, where people are and add details for the engineers to access.

We are able to track how much time has been allocated to jobs and how much time has actually been sold.

Timesheets are fairly easy to complete, and the group schedule interface is decently intuitive.

HubPlanner helps with managing people's time in an organized manner and using it effectively.
It acts as a single hub combining information about ongoing and future projects, vacations and public holidays which is helpful in short and medium business planning.
The UI is easy to understand meaning non-technical people are able to see what they'll be working on right after they log in and in most cases don't have any problems with scheduling time for others or requesting vacation which is a big plus.

Mobile freindly version is very difficult to see who you are working with i.e if multipule engineers are booked on the same job they would need to click on each engineer to find out who they are working with, this is difficult and time consuming when you have more than 40 engineers.... also on the Mobile version some of the information dosn't display from the job title .... this is how it looks on the desktop, Lowry Hotel - Upgrades 2023  SB23401, Job 27121/ on the mobile the job numbers don't display.

Hours booked to installs and if its been under sold we can pass the cost on to sales

It gives very good insights in capacity planning, due to the different views. It's very easy to use and has a lot of options.

**What do you dislike about Hub Planner?**

We use the scheduler to schedule hours. However, the schedule is not adjusted retroactively based on: reported time, which means you also have to keep track of the schedule retroactively because otherwise you will no longer know how many hours can be planned. That feels like duplication of work is quite prone to errors.

Figuring out the reporting tool with all the different options is quite difficult.

Filters apply to all the fields in the reporting tool when sometimes you want a filter on only one of the columns.

insights in how our capacity is planned for the next period (if we need more people or if we need more work)
insight in where our people are putting their effort in (customer/agency etc.)
inght in our cashflow for the next couple of months

Resource Scheduling: Hub Planner excels in resource scheduling, providing a clear and intuitive interface for managing team assignments and project timelines.

I find the reporting function a bit tricky. Templating would be nice so a specific report always looks the same (minimize number of clicks). I'd like a report that update the dates whenever I use it.

Very convenient team planning tool, with excellent drag-and-drop features. Overall, most of our needs are covered.

In our case, the reports could be improved. We almost always need to export the data and use Excel for data manipulation. The column split is helpful, but forcing us to choose only one column type to support it makes it less convenient.

It could be better in the change management system - I can't propose an allocation change in my projects (could have a comment field and approval system)
