HUB Planner is a great tool for mapping out tasks for individuals and entire teams, and laying them out in a way that shows dependencies, capacities and timeframes for getting tasks done. It can be color-coded, which is a nice feature for showing priority (or other indicator). I especially enjoy the ability to easily drag and drop items into different time slots, and it automatically calculates the new capacity for that individual. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing we wish HUB Planner was able to do is integrate with our project management tool, Teamwork. Right now, we are having to update tasks in Teamwork separately after making updates in HUB Planner, which can be time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the ability of the functions of this software for the organization and management of projects, without neglecting the administration of resources, the ability to determine the cost that a project will have before carrying it out is phenomenal. The only thing I do not like about this tool is that when we have a large project that requires the union of different work teams, the software is a bit slow. We have been using Hub Planner to manage our technical project teams’ resources for over 1 year. We have found it easy to setup new projects and assign and reassign resources.
