**What do you like best about HRnetSource?**

HRnetSource has a salary planning tool that enables Human resource managers to ensure pay  equity in their organizations and staying with the budget.
HRnetSource promotes performance Management process to ensure that the best performers are being recognized and rewarded,which fosters loyalty to the organization.

**What do you dislike about HRnetSource?**

Tool has no major disadvantages if rights are not violated.

**Recommendations to others considering HRnetSource:**

You need to centralize your HR records for better accuracy with ready to use and customizable reports with HRnetSource.

**What problems is HRnetSource solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HRnetSource help as avoid overpaying for benefits by using monthly benefits billing report on the HRnetSource.

**What do you like best about HRnetSource?**

HR net source has given radical improvement over a very short period of time in my experience. It is genuinely very helpful.

**What do you dislike about HRnetSource?**

Although there are certain elements such as time taken for various processes that can be imrpoved . 

**What problems is HRnetSource solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Human resource management has been really helpful to this.
