&lt;p&gt;I haven&#39;t heard of a system that treats both sides with genuinely equal depth, one usually feels like the primary product with delivery or POS bolted on as a secondary workflow. Which side ends up stronger seems to depend on what the vendor built first and kept iterating on, so a shop that&#39;s mostly counter business with occasional delivery probably has a different experience than one where delivery is actually the bulk of daily volume.&lt;/p&gt;
