This simplifies training and is much better than old-style pen and paper. **What do you dislike about HRdownloads?** I don't have any dislikes with HR Downloads. It works well and does what we need it to. **What problems is HRdownloads solving and how is that benefiting you?** Every year we have training and refresher modules that we need to do, whether health and safety, WHIMS, etc. and having it all in one place where you can keep track of everything makes it so much easier. ### 2. Easy to keep track of which modules each employee has completed. **What do you dislike about HRdownloads?** I haven't encountered any issues so far with the platform. **What problems is HRdownloads solving and how is that benefiting you?** Trying to minimize paper records and move everything digital-based and this platform is one more tool to reach that goal. It's an easy site to navigate, the learning modules are interesting and informative. **What do you dislike about HRdownloads?** I haven't found anything wrong with HR Downloads. It works with any web browser and I can pause and continue assignments as needed. **What problems is HRdownloads solving and how is that benefiting you?** HR Downloads does away with paper learning modules and replace it with more interactive and informative sessions. I can keep track of everything that has been completed and print certificates as I complete them. ### 4.
